I have ordered many floral arrangements from various places. Floral Expression in Banning was a delight to work with. Cecilia understood and was very helpful in knowing what I wanted to convey. More than 1/2 of the time you order flowers you never get to see them. Well, I didn’t see this arrangement but heard back from the receiver through other friends, how beautiful they were. ' A work of art, the best arrangement she’s ever seen.’ Thanks to Cecilia for her sophisticated taste and exquisite eye for beauty.

Today, I called in an order for birthday flowers to be delivered to my mom. Although I don't remember the name of the lady who took my order, she was great. Efficient, helpful, happy to answer my questions and hear my suggestions without rushing me, I very much appreciate how easy she made it to ensure that Mom would have an arrangement for her special day. Of course, I haven't seen the flowers but I have hopes they will be lovely. If, for some reason they aren't up to par, then I will amend this review.

Called long distance , from Texas, looking to purchase some flowers for a family member in Banning, California. Not sure what I wanted but I spoke with Cecelia and she was able to help me pick what I wanted with in my price range and deliver same day. Thanks for the help and the picture of the arrangement was beautiful. The price was fare. I had already tried two others in same city but they were not answering their phones for help and one did not even answer the email I sent the day before. Totally happy with what I purchased. This place is absolutely amazing!!! I really didn’t have a lot of money to spend she was willing to work with me and blew my expectations out of the water!! It was so beautiful and I can’t imagine a better place to make arrangements for family and all occasions!
