Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. We liked the fact they are not pushing you to make a sale. Local is always better for great information how things grow in the south. If you're into doing your yard work yourself like my husband and myself are this is the first place to start. They have a wide range of products to buy or rent. Check this place out we will definitely be back. No more going to Home Depot or Lowes where there is no one to help or answer your questions. And Best of all you can bring products back and they will help teach you how to get things running or fix it. 5 🌟s all the way... They even put gas in it for us started it up and made sure it was ready to go trim our yard. We bought a weed eater/wacker what every u want to call it in the south. (Weed Eater in the south) Weed wacker if u lived in the north)

This place will charge you for warranty parts even if it covered. Perfect example he charges everyone for an echo or shindaiwa driveshaft even tho it’s covered under warranty for life. If you had a drive shaft replace by them and they charged you get your money back. John has literally said that those costs cover te slow season. Food for thought. He will make sure to put the blame on the customer no matter what. Question question question!!! He will make it seem like it’s your fault to cover his cost!

I called the store to see which of their mowers would be the right one to use at our commercial property. Tim and John answered all of my questions. I was especially impressed when John went above and beyond by visiting the property in person on his own time before making his recommendation. Once a quote was provided for the selected machine, we spoke again on the phone to go over everything that was included in the quote. They have a good inventory, deliver machines quickly, and the machines are assembled, gassed up and ready to go!
