Our neighbor's tree fell on our house. Huge tree. Other tree guys looked quite apprehensive about the job and said that they would have to use a crane. Tom with First Impressions said that they may or may not need to use a crane. Crane would cost an extra $1500. To me it looked like a crane would be absolutely necessary given the placement of the fallen tree.
So the guys showed up at 8am and it's 32 degrees outside. It was really something. They got the job done by 12:30pm! Unbelievable! No one got hurt, no damage done while they worked on it. These guys were really smart. Highly recommended.

This is a 5 star company I would recommend to anyone. The work we had done on our property involved the use of a crane to remove 2 large and 2 medium sized trees + some limb work. The whole team worked together seamlessly, ( kind, upbeat and efficient). We were amazed at how quickly they got the job done and the clean up of our property afterward was exceptional. (larger logs took a week+ to remove but this was not the company's fault but a third party company's delay)

Tom worked with us throughout the process to plan and execute the day. He is a great communicator, very open, flexible and calm with an eye for important details. Their pricing is also very good.

It is rare to get this quality of service these days. We were very happy with First Impressions start to finish. They are excellence in action.

Tom and his crew took 4 oak trees out of our back yard. They were in an awkward place in relation to our fence and the back deck but First Impressions did a great job of getting them down for a very fair price. Professional company who did exactly what they promised. Highly recommend!
