I wish I was not writing a bad review. But it was sooo upsetting when I was attending my 3 month old nephew’s funeral and no flowers showed up.

At first we just thought that the flowers were arriving late, but soon the guest were showing up and still no flowers.

Please pay more attention to your emails for customers orders. Because it is your job to be orderly and time sensitive to services such as a funeral.

We held a funeral service for our 3 month old baby who passed away from a car accident. Needless to say, family is devastated. Orders were placed over one week in advance for 2 sets of flowers. Unfortunately, no flowers were delivered on the day of the funeral. Baby’s funeral service had no flowers. Very upsetting.

I have bought many flowers from Fiore over the last 20 years (mostly from convenience as I live in Linden), many have been great and some less than. I recently called to give feedback on a very poor bouquet, (it was wilted, had damaged flowers and flowers that we had agreed to not put into the bouquet). I called and spoke with Jen, the owner, and told her I did not want a refund, that I just wanted to give her feedback and she was incredibly rude. She refused to back up her product and told me to take my business elsewhere. I was calling to order another bouquet, but I will not be ordering from Fiore again. There are several fine florists in Stockton, I would suggest you order from one of them...

This shop is everything and more when it comes to quality, experience and knowledge about their products. They have always been very helpful and went above and beyond to meet certain dead lines when I needed something last minute. The florist really puts her heart and creativity into every arrangement..making the customer feel special and confident knowing that their loved one is getting the BEST of the BEST! Sooooo...my prom is tomorrow and I ordered my corsage Thursday and asked for it to be ready today. I thought that me asking for it on such a short notice would be kind of a tall order, but not only did they get it done, but it also was super cheap, they matched my dress perfectly and they were so polite! With this place, you’re not only paying for cost convienience, but just convienience in general! I would recommend for every flower occasion and I will defiantly be coming back in the future!!

I always recommend Fiori’s Floral and Gifts! I have ordered bouquets, corsages, boutineers and funeral arrangements from them so far. They have all been beautiful, timely and unique. When asking for something specific, they never let me down and the occasion always has a little added sparkle.

My husband purchased a dozen roses Thursday 8/19/21 for $85.00, They took advantage of him by selling him roses that were fully opened and would not last another 24hrs.. this is a terrible business and their customer service when I called was horrible. See photo of what they let him walk out of store with.. don’t go there!!
