Been to 3 other places before. They were either super expensive or didn’t have a great selection.
Expressions Florist has an amazing variety of flowers, plants, cards, stuffed animals.
The ladies are super super friendly, helpful and creative and the prices are reasonable!

The ladies there always make a custom bouquet for me and do an amazing job. It’s such a great value I leave feeling guilty sometimes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very creative and know how to work into your budget and style for the occasion. My grandma always has the biggest smile on her face as I go there for her birthday. ?

My mother went in two weeks before our event to schedule a pick up for our flower arrangement. She went in at the scheduled time to find they were not started. After waiting another hour after the scheduled pickup, she received them and was extremely disappointed in not only the quality of flowers, but arrangement itself. Not only were some of the flowers already browning, but the requests were not satisfied. These were for a celebration of life in which we hoped for special flowers to be draping off a coffee can that meant a lot to our family for the service. According the the florist a special variety of flower was ordered to account for this vision. Upon inspection only four stems in the entire arrangement were of the draping flowers. Needles to say her vision was not fulfilled. She was belittled by the florist which is when she came back to our house and informed me of the situation. I went back to the shop and realized why my mom was in the state she was in as the florist was rude and had no respect for our time or plans. All they could offer was a 20% discount for the awful morning we endured. I would not recommended for any special event as they do not care for you or your event only the money you are giving them.

Yes, we were running around in the morning with other stops in order to prepare for our memorial service later that afternoon which is why we had a scheduled pick up time. With that being said we had to account for moving the flower pickup which is why we could only be there an hour later. Due to this we were not able to replace the browning flowers that she did not lie about. She was already in an emotional state and was no longer able to deal with the way she was being talked to. Increasing the arrangement’s value did not account for the stress added to a day that was already filled with emotions. Your florist was the one who began to raise their voice which is when there was retaliation. She repeatedly cut off both my mother and I when we were trying to explain our dissatisfaction. She was degrading in the way she responded to us saying “we don’t know much about flowers”. You’re right I don’t know much about flowers but I do know about customer service as I have worked in the industry and am currently still doing so. The way my mother and I were treated was inexcusable . As someone who has used this shop for lighter occasions such as proms, I would expect a more important event like a memorial service would be a priority arrangement for a small business if they cared about their customers. So respectfully I would question the amount of care you truly have for your customers.

You’re right it was more than the flower situation as I expected to be treated with respect. I do not know what gave the impression I was ever satisfied but that’s okay you can continue to lie. May peace be with you and I hope you learn to deal with people in a proper manner!

Walked in right at closing time needing a small bouquet. They didn’t have what I was looking for already made up, but the girl was so kind and said she’d be happy to make a bouquet for me even though she was about to close. Excellent customer service, will definitely support this florist again.
