Ordered the premium Royal Allure bouquet for my mom's birthday and was incredibly disappointed with the product I received. I understand that sometimes the flowers depicted are not in season but what I got were evidently cheaper substitutes than what was pictured. The "exotic lavender fuji mums" were completely omitted, and it was not "arranged in an elegant leaf-wrapped vase." Not just poor, but completely false advertising. When I initially called, no one picked up and no one responded to my voicemail. I was finally able to get someone to pick up the phone and was offered a replacement - I said yes because they weren't offering a refund but honestly also terrible practice because this was a gift and should have been done properly the first time. Very upset.

This is the second time my husband has ordered me flowers from this company. He does it because they’re close, both times a flower started To die right away. They showed up yesterday and they looked good. You could tell the pink roses were at the end of their bloom and the light pink roses were browning towards the end. I came home today. 24 hours later, Some of the pedals have already fallen off, and the dark pink flowers are all drooping. Last time the flowers looked awful within four days as well. I get flowers from the grocery store that last longer than these. I appreciate my husband doing something nice for me, but we will not be getting flowers for this company anymore.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered flowers for my wife on Monday. You could tell most of the flowers were fully bloomed and on their way out. They looked great when they showed up, but were already wilting the next morning. The picture above is Friday morning. When you spend over ..$150 on flowers you would how hope to get a few good days out of them. It's almost like they gave us the flowers they needed to get rid of.

RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They ship for FromYouFlowers. They send you a $10 bouquet, poor quality. I complained to FromYouFlowers but STAY AWAY BE AWARE

Paid a GOOD amount of money for my order + a box of chocolates. when it gets here it was major disappointment. NO box of chocolates plus a horrible arrangement that looks nothing like the picture. Like what even is this.

What a joke. Wife ordered me a candy gift basket and paid extra for same day delivery on the 23rd. She ordered early in the morning at 5am online, the gift basket pictured showed all full & king size candy bars of Hershey's, Reese's, M&M's, butterfingers, Snickers bars, milkyways, skittles, starburst, and raisinets. They delivered a day late, a Sam's Club generic cheap Christmas gift basket on sale today at Sam's for $8.88. As it is Christmas Eve, and Christmas gift baskets are worthless after tomorrow, so they are all on clearance.
This company walked into Sam's Club. Grabed the cheapest thing they could find and dropped it off. And a day late. SCAM DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Go anywhere but here. The owner and her delivery driver were beyond evil. I bought flowers from the website and these guys delivered the wrong ones. When they told me they would make it right, they delivered the right flowers and then proceeded to take the wrong flowers back. Never was this discussed to me that they would take back other flowers, otherwise I would not put my mom through that, I would just take the refund. They have terrible business etiquette. I have never heard of someone doing business like that. Completely evil to take flowers from a grieving woman. I will make sure flowers I order will never come from this shop ever again. Toni Marie and her driver are unprofessional and I am embarrassed that they would put customers through such a painful ordeal. GO ELSEWHERE.
