So the conversation started out with him telling me that the service charge to come and look at it was $115 instead of the $80 as advertised on here. Agreed to it because we agreed that if we did work it would be rolled into the cost of it. Came over and very quickly came to the decision I needed a new pump. I agreed to it he initially asked for half and i gave him the half. While we were talking he brought up doing a timer upgrade which I was interested in but wasn't sure about but was willing to consider it at which point he asked for everything in full. I told him I just wanted to pump and we could talk about the timer. He went and bought the timer, brought it out, told me that he would have to drill holes into my house in order to run wire to it. didn't sound like it would look good so I said no I didn't want to do it. The 2-hour pump install took 4 days because he couldn't find a part he needed ("a check valve most Lowes carry but apparently only the ones in Pensacolac) and he claimed to have some family issues. I was and am. Not in a huge rush and let him square it away, No big issue. Finally complete it and the pump initially works for the first day. Next day rolls around, pumps not working. I have to re-prine it to try to get something to work out. Next day pump stops working again and re priming doesn't work. he says he'll be around the next day to take a look at it.l says it's probably just a well screen cleaning causing the priming issue and it won't be an issue... No calls, no shows, and ghosts me. so I have $1,000 pump that I now don't think I ever needed because the screen cleaning probably wouldve fixed it and inoperative sprinkler system.

Charged about 1300 to replace the pump in my well, it quit working several days later, took a week to get a hold of him, he said he would come back and take a look at it but he never showed and hasn't answered his phone since. Had to have someone else come out to fix it.
