Nunca vuelvo a esta tienda es muy mal servicio
hice mi orden desde un viernes y era domingo y no recibía el pedido y cuando llame en lunes la solución fue regresar mi dinero o intentar el envío en martes por que en lunes estaban muy ocupados y ya habían enviado a la persona que hace delivery

VERY unhappy with this delivery. Strawberries melted, flowers were wilted, card soaked and stained from the state of the product. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

It is 15 min from walnut creek to our residence. If making multiple deliveries, they should be in a climate controlled vehicle. As the high today was only 65deg, to melt, so these had to be sitting out or sitting in a vehicle for far too long.

Thank you for the wonderful pile of trash for my anniversary. It is very much appreciated.

Got a Blooming Hearts® Dipped Berries - With Love. Boyfriend rated it a 2/5 he thinks it would be better valued at $30 instead of $79.99. Strawberries were tiny like you get in a driscolls box at the supermarket. Pineapple would not last to the next day since it looked like it would go bad then. The tin didn’t include a lid so we tossed it. Wouldn’t really get again unfortunately maybe just a dipped box if anything. Photo missing 3 chocolate strawberries since we took photo after trying.
Edit the strawberries weren’t good either not sweet at all the chocolate saved it since it was mushy.

I wish I would had read the reviews before ordering a gift of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for a pickup. I paid for a pickup order and was set to pick it up at 6 PM on October 12 but when I arrived, at the business, the door was locked, the lights were on but it appeared to be no one there. I called and called and left voicemails from the outside but no reply. I waited for about 20 minutes but I had to leave and revamp my whole gift idea m, for a party I was headed to, which I arrived late to because of this horrible business. It was a major inconvenience. Stay away from this edible arrangement location if you can help it.
