I ordered a blanket spread for a funeral. I informed them of the time that I wanted the flowers delivered (before visitation). When I arrived before visitation, the flowers had not been delivered which was fine. I went back around 1:45 after visitation had started and flowers still had not been delivered. I called and was told they would be delivered in a few minutes. After an hour, flowers STILL not delivered. I called again and was told they were going to call the driver to see where he was and they would call me back. They never called me back. I offered to go pick them up myself, but they assured me they were on the way. The funeral home is 5 -7 minutes away. After another 20 minutes, no flowers and I decided to go pick them up. I get to the shop and the flowers are on the way to the funeral. There was no call to say they were running behind or an apology for running late. The flowers were NOT what I was expecting. I order pink and white. There were shades of yellow included and More greenery than flowers. The flowers arrived 2 HOURS LATE. I will NEVER use them again. Beware!!

The flowers arrived on time. But I upgraded to the most expensive option expecting it to look as grand as the picture. I was sorely disappointed. The flower arrangement I received looked like the lowest priced option in size and flower count. Beautiful flowers but underwhelming for the cost.

We got exactly what was Published on website. Actually it was even better with the ribbon around Vase after stating it was for my niece. They delivered same day. I would definitely order from them again.
