Dragonfly floral was a dream to work with! Our wedding site has a big bbq grill that we wanted to hide, and upon seeing a photo of it, Dragonfly floral quickly designed a centerpiece that turned it into a beautiful altar. Dragonfly also designed my bouquet and a sweet wrist corsage that smelled beautiful. I didn’t need to give much instructions for everything to be stylishly designed and promptly delivered. Highly recommend!

I am not overstating things when I say that Dragonfly Floral was the best vendor decision I made for my wedding. Dora and team did such a nice job bringing creativity and customization to our wedding ceremony and reception. If you have an event or floral need in Sonoma County, this is the best locally produced + talented and visionary florist you could find. I was blown away by the flowers for our wedding! Dragonfly did such and amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!

I ordered flowers on behalf of my family for a family member who just completed her chemo. The company didn't deliver the order, and didn't reach out about the delay, so I called them. They apologized and said it was a problem with Square (I placed the order directly through their website).

They offered to refund me half the money or make the order 'double spectacular.' I said, yes, let's go for it, please make the flowers twice as nice. They asked what they could do to make it right and I requested that they refund the $15 delivery fee. (For context, my aunt lives one mile away from their store.)

The next day, I receive an email saying that they have cancelled my order. This company is wildly unprofessional, to say nothing of the time wasted and stress caused.

We don't know how their flowers look unfortunately. They look great on their website. I hope they learn how to treat people. I just wish I had saved the text of the card I wrote to accompany the flowers since now we have to start over.
