I cannot tell you how wonderful John at Dr. Jack’s is. He not only solved the problem we had with the pests, but he was in a partnership with me. He treated me like I was important and he was trying to help me, not just get rid of the pests.

Dr. Jack's has done a good job for me and my technician, Craig is great! He is knowledgeable and answers all my questions when needed. I called and shared a concern with Kelly at Dr jacks about a problem with fleas in the yard, she was very helpful and then asked Fernando to call and advise me on when they had a truck scheduled to spray the yard, he gave me a date of when it was scheduled, and what to do after the treatment to help control the flea problem.
The day before our scheduled spray, got several texts from Erica, and she assured me that she had notes on the schedule to spray for fleas also.
Evan, Dr jacks technician showed up and came told me what he had been scheduled to do that day, this young man was polite, and Knowledgeable, and confident that he was aware of flea problems, and was adding the mix to the spray to control the flea problem.
All in all I am so confident in the whole crew of people I spoke to at Dr Jacks, these guys are awesome.

Could not recommend this company more. My tech Jeff, also the person who came out to provide the quote which I absolutely love, does an amazing job. The difference in my yard in just 3 months os absolutely amazing. I have neighbors already asking me who i use (new build community). Cannot recommend this company more for the monthly service and attention to detail for YOUR yard, not just some standard mix that is created before even looking at your yard and your area. Following the installation of a a new septic drain field in late 2021, I chose to re-sod our lawn with St. Augustine and to install a number of landscape beds throughout our property located on a large corner lot. To properly establish and maintain everything, I chose to go with Dr. Jack's. That decision was partially driven by less than stellar service from other companies I had contracted with in the past but, more so, based on how good some of my neighbors' lawns looked with Dr. Jack's as their service provider. Brian has been my service technician from the get-go and has kept my lawn looking great year-round. He has provided consistently good service over the last, nearly three years and is a great communicator. I very much appreciate that Brian does not profess to have all the answers and will reach out to and discuss areas of concern in my lawn with others on the Dr. Jack's team when needed and appropriate to do so. I have a great deal of confidence in Brian's ability and work ethic. He is certainly a valuable asset for the Dr. Jack's organization.
