I was impressed with the efficiency of my appointment. Kudos to all those working there, who guided me through the process. I definitely recommend this facility for anyone that wants to apply for their concealed carry license. Everything is handled right there - receipt of qualifying documentation, application, fingerprints and photo. I had an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. Well done, and thank you!

Very fast process. Very helpful staff. I HAD appointment. Didn't wait long to be called, maybe 5 min. They allowed me to leave and get money order to save money and came right back in no problem. A+ service.

I which I could put a Zero but to bad there s nun ... Me n my husband we went to our appt , and the lady Didn't even Greet us she had So MUCH ATTITUDE is crazy Ridiculous 🤯 I couldn't believe it, and honestly I wasn't even mad that the service that I wanted was not provided, it's the fact that She said " well we don't Do that here" , and so my he ask her do u know where I can go which building I should be in she replied "I work here in the building I come to work I clock in and i work here i don't work in the other buildings , i just work here " her level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.

I have been to this location several times for security Licensing. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. They really help you achieve your goal of getting your license on time. It is much appreciated!

We had a confirmed appointment with email confirmation for 5 July through their automated system, and lo and behold when we get there, there is a notice on the door saying that the holiday is the fourth and fifth. Fix your automated system so that people don’t have to drive all the way out here when they schedule an appointment online.

😡 THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
It's always something with this place. 2 years ago, I had to make an appointment to renew my D-License instead of a walk-in. (Never received a notice in the mail or email about the changes they made) Now I came back to renew my D-License arriving at 11:50AM they can't renew my license because they are close for lunch from 12pm-1pm it would be nice they would add that on thier hours operation instead wasting people's time especially driving for 1 hour to their office. Every 2 years, I always have a negative experience coming to this place it's unbelievable they make it so difficult. 😡🤬👎
