Awesome service, went in for my renewal, signed up at the door was called to window, payment, picture, walked out with my new license all in under 10 minutes this must be a record breaker. The staff is really nice. Staff is a 10.

Word of caution for my fellow small business owners. If you are going to move locations DO NOT RENEW YOUR PERMIT until you move.

Renewed my food permit, nearly $400.00. One month later we are moving locations and they tell me it is NOT TRANSFERABLE! I have to reapply and pay an additional almost $400 dollars and nothing can be done about it. I have no choice, I cannot shop through a different company, I am forced to double pay. Come on state of Florida. Do better for small businesses! Absolutely terrible.

I left work early today get my CWP renewed. When I arrived around 330 pm with no appointment. I talked to the security guard filled out a piece of paper. Went to the window and they took my information. Within 20 mins I was in and out. With new CWP ID that was renewed awesome service thank you.

With some of the reviews, I wasn’t really sure what to expect but let me tell you from the moment I got there to the moment I left. It was fast, professional people were courteous and very helpful. I got my two licenses filed very quickly

The process was very fast getting my license renewed. Mostly, all of the staff members were friendly and customer service oriented, except for the young man who checked me in at the front window, wearing the blue jack, face mask, and glasses. He talked too fast and got aggravated with me when I asked him to repeat what he said. Other than that, my experience was great.
