I love to send my mom flowers for any special events but don’t live in Florida so I am always wary of what company to go with for flower delivery. Def going to return to Delray Beach Flower Market! My mom is overjoyed over the quality and called me to describe how large the roses were, how beautiful the lilies were, etc etc. Def will be returning to this service when her birthday comes around!

I contracted this florist to send flowers to my wife while apart for Christmas. I noted in the special instructions (placed through their website) that I am a (retired) florist of nearly 40 years and told them to make something they would see fit...or...as we call it in our business..."designers choice". I simply asked they make in a vase with what they had available and make it all around. They followed my request and the bouquet sent is extraordinary. I am very happy with the product, the timeliness of the delivery and the overall experience. Thank you for a great experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid over $200 to have flowers sent to my girlfriend at work for Valentine’s Day after 5:30pm. I specifically made note of the time multiple times on the phone as she does not get to work until 5pm. The lady on the phone told me “sure no problem”. The delivery service then showed up three hours early before my girlfriend was at work, completely ruining the surprise. When I called to figure out why the delivery was so early, they tried telling me I never told them it had to be after 5:30. When I asked for a refund for completely ruining the surprise, they said no problem. I figured this was fair. Come to find out, after refunding me the money they went back to my girlfriend’s work and took the flowers back without telling me or anyone else. My mind is honestly blown right now. Thank you Delray flower service for completely ruining Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend.

The owner will respond to this saying “we don’t take deliveries after 5pm.” Which is confusing because yesterday on the phone, the sales rep literally told me 5:30 delivery was no problem at all.

Amazing experience! I live in Texas but wanted to have flowers delivered to my MIL and I selected the florists choice arrangement and it is so beautiful! The ordering process was so smooth as well!
