I have to say, you are better off getting flowers at Trader Joe's, Vons or even Ralphs. The floral was dying before it arrived and was not nicely decorated. Rude, nonsense customer service. The card was a cheap thin piece of sheet with a cheap looking string and horrible writing. Good thing I was the one receiving the floral otherwise I would have been so embarrassed sending such a horrendous arrangement. The photos were taken as soon as it was delivered.

Our arrangement had baby pumpkins in the vase. Everyone at the office examined all day long. The creativity of the design amazed everyone. So beautiful. I ordered the medium size but the whole presentation is enormous. There are flowers, leaves, foliage and berried sprigs of all sorts of exquisite fall colors. It’s so hard at this time of year not to be able to see my daughter for our usual get togethers. Especially during the holidays. So I needed to cheer myself up by cheering her up. When she received the arrangement, my daughter called it a work of art. She’s always sending me exquisite arrangements from Del Sol. So I sent her one and it is just magnificent. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owners on the phone—had to change delivery location—and they were gracious, helpful and professional. It’s hard to trust online businesses that I don’t know well. But my past experiences with Del Sol and the quality of their flowers gave me the trust to give it a try. I’m just delighted with the whole experience. Sadly. On the same day I had to use a not so well known florist in another city for a birthday greeting. It was an expensive and dismal experience.
Can’t say enough good about this florist. The arrangement my daughter received was twice the size, many more interesting types of flowers & foliage, and much more luscious than the website sample picture. Wonderful company!

I purchased flowers from 1-800-flowers and was redirected to Del Sol flowers in Arcadia. My total through 1-800-flowers was $47.99 for a small arrangement that was advertised on the website. Del Sol flowers messaged 1-800-flowers stating they would not fill my order unless I payed $99.99 because that is “1980” pricing and because of Mother’s Days my arrangement should be marked up to $99.99. I canceled my order as that was the pricing offered on the website Del Sol was rude & unprofessional.

They got 1 star only because I couldn't leave a review with out one. They deserve 0 stars NOTHING!! Floral work was horrible and the card looked like a kid in grade school made it. Cut, staple and scribble. Embarrassing and to put iceing on the cake they sent a graveside funeral arrangement to a home in a papermache container one sided and sloppy work. Horrible they should be embarrassed. Very unprofessional!! They should be ashamed!!!

Amazing!
They did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn't be happier. Florist was on time for every appointment and specially the wedding day. I had over 200 guest and all were amazed with their work.

My brother recommended this flower shop. Every time I call to order flowers, I provide them with the information, and ask them to deliver an arrangement for the occasion. The recipient is always overwhelmed with the epic arrangement. Don't know thev I wners, nor have I ever set foot in the shop. They are reliable, professional and terrific 🙂

The flower arrangement was pretty nice, though some leaves were already browning, but the basket they arranged it in was lopsided and really frayed. ...and, as someone else stated, the writing on the card looked like a kid wrote it.
