While in Coachella Valley, if you are looking for a hidden culinary gem where the chef is passionate about not only the food he prepares but also your experience, then you have found the place! Small intimate restaurant where it's all about the flavors and pairings. The restaurant is not fancy but the food is! Great care is taken with every dish from the appetizers to the desserts. The menu is curated with meat and produce from local farms. If you are reading this review, stop and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

My most memorable dining experience! My husband and I went for the first time in August. Summer here in the desert is very slow for the restaurant industry due to the heat. Triple digits or not we were dining out for my birthday. We arrived and were greeted and seated at our table by Daniel himself. We had the whole place to ourselves which resulted in us receiving Daniels full attention. What a delight! We learned about his history in the restaurant business and his passion for sourcing out the best ingredients from local farmers and small businesses. How he develops relationships/friendships with these small business owners who take pride in the quality of their products. When it was time to choose our wine the wine list was very foreign to us. His wine list consisted of wines from Italy, France and Spain which we are not familiar with. Daniel asked what we preferred in a wine, opened a few bottles and allowed us to taste before we selected. After choosing our entries he then shared how he prepares the protein and the sauce in great detail. Both my husband and I love to cook so this was such an enjoyable treat. He then topped off the evening with a slice of his mouth watering flourless dark chocolate cake. Let me tell you, when I say mouth watering, I literally mean that! As we were finishing our desert, a large group of people came in. We realized what a special experience we had with Daniel as now he would be focusing his attention on the next table. Cheers to Daniel for the most meaningful dining experience!?

Saw an advertisement for a collaboration between Canyon Creek Mushrooms (thanks, Monique) and Daniel's Table (thanks, Chef Daniel) for a vegan, four course mushroon dinner. I invited my daughter since it was her birthday-eve. Promptly seated. The servers were very well trained, professional and courteous. There were 20 other diners and we were attentively catered to the entire 3+ hours we were there. Now to the meal. Chef Daniel infused both his heart and soul into each individual course. The flavors and his food combinations, his subtle use of his food selections, his spices and infusions made each bite a delectable masterpiece. This was truly a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ meal. My daughter and I will treasure our meal forever. I highly recommend Daniel's Table.

This farm to table restaurant offers some of the best cuisine in the desert. Daniel has a very interesting wine collection with a focus on European and South American wines. One of the few places I don’t bring my own wine. The service is warm and friendly. Don’t be fooled by the location in the strip mall, this place is unbelievable. Don’t miss it.

The food, atmosphere, and staff here are excellent. Chef Daniel obviously enjoys preparing the meals for his guests. The care he gives to every dish is obvious with every bite.

You have to try this restaurant. The food is easily Michelin star quality. The flavors are amazing. Everything is organic and farm to table. It’s a little confusing when driving up to the location since it’s in an unassuming strip mall in Cathedral City (not where you would expect to find fine dining). Once inside everything changes. It’s a little expensive but very much worth it.

Do not go here - I’ve never left a google review before but I felt compelled so that others don’t make the same mistake I did. Extremely overpriced, very underwhelming and a wait staff that seemed to not understand the menu. For a restaurant that prides itself on local produce there was not mention or highlight of where this produce came from. Moreover, food was bland or too salty. Most entrees were served with the same base of rice and steamed vegetables lacking the creative vision I would expect for this price point and supposed haute cuisine. My girlfriend and I had 1 glass of wine and 3 courses each for $233, service was incredibly slow taking 2 hours from start to finish. To top it off, the reservation fee of $10/pp was not removed from the bill.

Mind blowing. Don’t think of going to a restaurant. Imagine if you had a private chef who spent days creating, sourcing, and executing an extraordinary meal. The level of detail of each carefully sourced and prepared ingredient in each dish is incredible. It might be better than that. Relax. Eat slow. You won’t regret it.
