After dealing with this company for several months I have realized they are a scam and should be ashamed. I did not receive order and could not get them to contact me for refund. I have disputed transaction with my bank and will file a attorney general complaint.
Please don't let them do to you what they did to me. You will never receive your large tree ring.

I am so beyond mad at this point! Why didn't I look at reviews first? I always look at the reviews! They were the only company that had what I wanted...thats why I didn't look. Ordered in December of 2023...its April 2024 and I'm still getting the run around. All I want it what I ordered. Please just refund my money at this point. I had to work a lot of hours for the money you took but not deliver on.

ZERO stars!! Do not do business with this sham company. I ordered and paid for a 6' tree ring in June 2022. It is now Oct 26, 2022 and they still have not delivered it. They also refuse to give me my money back. I've called many, many times and left messages. I was able to speak to James twice. One time he had many excuses as to why it wasn't shipped and made promises that it would be coming "next week". The second time he promised again that it would be delivered "next week" and refused to refund my money. He also left me a text message that he would call me on Oct 21, which of course he did not. They are either crooks or incompetent at best. Avoid this company unless you want complete aggravation. I'm not sure if they are even a real company. It seems as though they are not.

I have never left a review before, but this time I just could not resist. Unfortunately, I had to give a one star rating. Zero stars was not an available option…

I have been waiting for a product that I ordered (and paid for) on June 20th, 2022. Since I have placed my order, contact with James (who seems to be the only employee) has been scarce. There has been no response to any of my emails and James has only answered my phone calls a few times. My last conversation with James was about eight weeks ago. He assured me the product would be shipped within a couple of weeks. It still has not been delivered and I cannot reach anyone by email or phone.

I have asked James to cancel my order and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, I have my doubts that I’ll see either the product or a refund.

Purchased a simple pack a aerators - they arrived on time. Came in a tube with the 6 chrome pieces. They all fit the faucets in the apartment. Easy quick and convenient service. Ordered and came within a week.

Watch out. Do not send them any money. They will not communicate back. You will not get the product. My order was over 1k. Dodging me to the point of zero contact.

ordered 4 foot tree ring last year and have not received are item but they charged our card. Now they do not answer phone,email or text i would not recommend this company to do business with they are not trust worthy.Very unhappy customer!!!!!!!!
