GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!With my siblings we tried to send my mom some flowers for her birthday. Since Friday we placed the order and at no time did they tell us that they were going to have a problem sending it. Today is her birthday and she never got the flower arrangement. My sister contacted the place both by chat and by call and from both sides she received rude answers and without any intention of giving her an explanation or solution for TODAY. They wanted to send them another day, which is useless because her birthday is TODAY, not another day. Save your money and use it somewhere better because this place and their people are USELESS!!! My mom didn’t received her floral arrangement and they better give our money back ASAP. WORST PLACE FOR FLOWERS!!!!

Con mis hermanos intentamos enviarle a mi mamá unas flores por su cumpleaños. Desde el viernes hicimos el pedido y en ningún momento nos avisaron que iban a tener problema para enviarlo. Hoy es su cumpleaños y nunca le llegó el arreglo floral, mi hermana se contactó con el local tanto por chat como por llamada y desde ambas partes recibió respuestas groseras y sin ninguna intención de darle una explicación o solución para HOY. Querían enviarlo otro día cosa que es inservible porque su cumpleaños es HOY no otro día. Guarden su dinero y utilícenlo en otro lugar mejor porque este es INSERVIBLE y la gente ni hablar!!! Mi mamá se quedó sin su arreglo floral y más les vale que nosotros tengamos nuestro dinero devuelta ASAP. PEOR LUGAR DE FLORES!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Conroys, and I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible service I received. Despite being in a rush, the ladies at the shop took their time to ensure I got the best quality flowers. They even went the extra mile by switching some flowers around to make the bouquet look absolutely stunning.

The pricing is very reasonable, which is a big plus. Supporting local businesses is important to me, and this flower shop definitely deserves all the praise. Thank you so much for your help! I'll definitely be back to order more flowers. Highly recommended!

I wish I would have known the flowers were coming from this location. Reviews sum it all up on how bad this place is.
I purchased the biggest size and it looked like I got the small ones. The vase looked empty and the flowers looked dry and old. I called 1-800 Flowers and got my money back and the owner from this place shows up and wants her flowers back which is fine with me, but not even a sorry for ruining an anniversary arrangement/surprise.
Update: owner had the audacity to come to my home and rudely ask for the flowers back with no sorry even said. She just said I want the flowers back.

My husband purchased flowers from here for Valentine’s Day. The flowers were wilted and looked like they haven’t been in water for a couple of days. The flower stems were EXTREMELY tall and the vase that was provided was WAY too small for the flowers. The bow that was wrapped around the flowers was supposed to be red and was brown and dirty, the water that the flowers were in was a dirty. The offered to replace with “fresh” flowers when originally they should have been fresh flowers. I understand not all flowers are going to look PERFECT but to try to justify what the customer is saying and over correcting them saying what they are telling you isn’t valid is poor customer service. For being a flower shop that was “recommended” to us, unfortunately this will no longer be a flower shop we will shop at for future occasions!

Always friendly and helpful. Gorgeous flowers and great for gifts. I've come in before and asked, 'she likes yellow what can I do?' And they made an adorable yellow bouquet with bumblebee decor. Highly recommended.
