First time ordering from here and it was a great experience. Great service, great product and great communication. We ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral and they were very helpful with delivery time. Miguel would always call me back and answer any questions or concerns I had. I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with my latest order. They claimed to have a professional florist create a nice (Left pic) "Christmas Design".
But what my mother got for her birthday, was a bunch of green leaves. Kinda sucks. will not be going back to these guys.

The arrangement was okay. I ordered the biggest arrangement of shades of pink but definitely did not look like the picture at all. None of the lilies were bloomed for my recipient. On top of everything. Day of delivery, I was calling for hours with no answer trying to make sure everything was good. I even stopped by seeing as my work is 3 minutes away and they were closed even though google said they are open until 3pm. Customer service goes a very long way for me. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again. I spent alot of money and was not satisfied. Not recommended. I will keep shopping for a good florist near me.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's for my wife had them delivered to her job. I picked out an arrangement on their website. When they arrived they didn't look anything like what their website showed or the flowers they specified. I called them to let them know they told me the manager isn't their and they would get back to me. Without notice they showed up at my wife's work to pick up their flowers. They did refund me my money but that is not the point. They ruined the surprise/ Valentine's. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
