Exceptional Service and Outstanding Workmanship

We contacted a couple of paver companies to bid on our paver project, and Coastal Pavers stood out right from the start. Robin promptly returned our call, and we had an appointment scheduled with Tim within a few days. During our meeting, Tim helped us decide on the best layout for our space and brought along some paver samples for us to review.

Our project included a paver patio with a walkway leading to the entryway. Additionally, they installed River Rock for our driveway and accent areas. Robin was incredibly professional and helpful, ensuring we found the right product at the right price. Although the pavers we initially selected were on back order, Robin found us an even better option that was readily available. This allowed
us to complete our project much faster!

The communication from the entire Coastal Pavers team, including Robin, Tim, and Corey, was exceptional. They kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of installation, Corey made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. We are thrilled with the pavers and the quality of the workmanship, which we would rate as a perfect 10!

Got bids from three companies and chose Coastal Paverscapes. We removed all our grass and had them install pavers and walls around our existing flower beds. They also built a patio and pergola for us. The entire team was fantastic. Tim, Robin, Corey, Juan and all the installers exceeded our expectations in every area. I rarely recommend contractors as most of the time their work is passable but not great. This team is an exception. If you want quality, professional work, this is the company to hire.

I can't say enough about the Coastal Paverscapes team. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. I had waited over 2 years to make this happen and when I finally could, I was in the hospital and unavailable to them. I came home to an amazing transformation. They were able to take a design that I had written out on paper and bring it exactly to life the way my wife and I had envisioned it. They were very easy to communicate with very responsive the price was more than competitive and they were very meticulous in the craftsmanship and construction of the patio. I contacted Coastal Paverscapes for an estimate and Robin returned my call in short order. We set a date and time for the walk through for the estimate. Tim showed up on time and was a pleasure to discuss our plans. After some fine tuning on the goal of my project, we hired them. They kept communication open at all times and returned my calls/ emails within hours! His crew were hard working and polite. The job was done quickly and I could not have asked anything more from them. I simply love it. The fact that it was a small job and he was willing to do the work was a blessing to me, I am a hard core DIY, but finally had to admit that my aging body isn't equipped for any weight bearing work , Lol... Tim and the crew at Coastal PaverScapes did such an outstanding job at our beachfront remodel. Super modern Belgard pavers in a slate grey. Tim came and did the initial consult and we agreed on design and price shortly thereafter. He got us on the schedule which took aproximatey 2 weeks and once on site, our whole job was done in 2 days. Highly recommended and will be doing business with Tim and Coastal PaverScapes again.

Coastal Paverscapes, LLC just completed the installation of pavers in our lanai around our pool. In summary we are extremely pleased with the experience of working with their team, the quality of the installation, as well as the final product-we could not have asked for anything more.

In detail, we worked with Tim in establishing the project estimate-he was very knowledgeable about his products, how it would meet our needs, and detailed in his estimating. We were installing the pavers over a Chattahoochee floor-he guided us to the best paver solution to accomplish this requirement. We worked with Robin on final material selection and job scheduling. Robin was amazingly helpful to us to find pavers that would complement our home and pool, but were also available within a reasonable lead time. As far as scheduling, she went above and beyond coordinating with our screening contractor to communicate when the screening needed to be removed, when Coastal Paverscapes would be performing the paver installation, and when the screening contractor could return to finish their work-minimizing the total time for the overall job. Both Robin and Tim were wonderful to work with.

And when it came to the actual installation-we were amazed at how well it went. Corey was the project manager for the installation, and he assembled a fantastic crew of workers to create a beautiful finished product. This team worked very hard every day to do what had to be done to give us a perfect job. While Corey was supervising a small number of other jobs, he was very frequently at our home, working hands on with the team coordinating details with the crew. We were amazed at the progress each day and the quality of the finished work at the end. One other note-outside of some excess sand (which is a byproduct of any paver installation) the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, and arranged for our pool to be cleaned to remove any debris from the water-something we expected to have to do ourselves so we felt this was over and above the call of duty.

The bottom line is that we were very happy with the entire working experience with Coastal Paverscapes, would be thrilled to work with them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
