The construction department is very slow. It has been a month since we submitted our project for a second review for the second time and they are still not finished.
They do not allow you to personally come with the plans, everything has to be scanned and sent via the website which makes everything more difficult. We have been in this process for 6 months just to add an extra room to the house which does not include plumbing which is easier. They should speed up the revisions and accept the plans physically, everything will be easier and faster

In this one I’m not saying much, but walked in at 8 o’clock in the morning, 3rd person in line which the lady was very professional and willing to help and she suggested to call water department on my issue with water bill, I said since I’m there if I could see someone from the department of water and she yes……the look like human that came from the department to the the window that came out from inside (water department ) named “Christine” very very rude and unprofessional…She shouldn’t be working on that beautiful place at all, stay away from her., stated my reason for coming water bill issues not getting paid by e-bank trying to find out why since I have been using the system for years didn’t help me at all. I was asked to call the manager, Mr. Erin and I hope he does something about that lady, again, that human being pretending to be one….

GOD BLESS THE HOMELESS VETS.
City Hall, you need to employ security guards who are educated in the First Amendment to the Constitution and the civil rights of the citizens.
Due to their actions a law-abiding citizen was a hair's breadth away from losing his freedom to equally uneducated police officers E. Griffith and J. Levine of the Boynton Beach Police Dept.
The Honor Your Oath Civil Rights Investigations video has so far had over 13,000 views so you might like to get on to this without haste.
While you're at it, lose that 'No Trespassing' sign outside City Hall - it's not conducive to welcoming the public to a public building.

Jamie Anne in your office was so helpful and nice. She showed genuine concern and was a great representation of your department’s service and professionalism. I have always had good interactions with The Boynton Beach Building Department. Tony, the plumbing plan reviewer who came out for the inspection was great. He even took extra time to show me how to get plans reviewed faster and I learned a lot from him when he was on site.

Thank you John Kuntzman for your help and attention. With your help and co-ordination we were able to keep our travel plans to get back up north.

Be careful of this money grubbing town. $300 for a red light camera ticket on federal highway. Literally highway robbery. Plus all the bums on every corner begging for money. They probably work for the city too. F Boynton.

The building department does not care if your home is dangerous. If you Do any Minor repair with out a permit they will fine you 4x the cost of the permit. Do not buy property in Boynton the head of the Building Department is a horrible rude person. Heads up look at other cities in south Florida to purchase real estate. My experience has been very negative with my renovation in the City of Boynton Beach.
