Thank you for running the traffic system in our city. My 8 minute commute to my job at target is now 45 minuets, from terribly long traffic lights to horrible traffic management. I just got let go for being an hour late to work. I am now facing homelessness. You might see me on the streets if I can’t find another job soon. Hopefully I get on unemployment and don’t have to commute in the city until they fix this mess. Thank you for ruining my life Buena Park you are the devil for real.

Ladies are welcoming and helpful! I’m not sure about men.

I was at cashier for my biz license. First time getting handled by man. He wasn’t happy and welcoming compared to ladies. That’s fine as long as he isn’t rude.

However, I corrected it was their mistake not to update my address because I filled out the entire forms for the update and started over the process from the bottom. He kept blame on me that I didn’t request for update ?

Just admit the mistake (+ it wasn’t even him who made the mistake) and be professional rather than fight with your client.

Thank me later! They didn’t update their holiday hours at this location. So everyone who went or are going in there for various reasons like me, their answering machine says, THEY ARE CLOSED!! From Dec, 22 2023 to Jan 2 2024. YOU’RE WELCOME Buena Park city offices!

WORST CITY HALL EVER! Worst service ever! They never listen to anyone! All they care about is money and power! People and human beings have feelings too! Buena Park city hall DONT ever lose your humanity! Power and money isn’t everything in this world! Respect, honesty and loyalty! Buena Park city hall needs to learn how to admit to mistakes! You make a mistake, it’s okay! We are all humans, own up to it! Be a real man! Own up to the mistake! By the way, FYI, Buena Park city hall in this country we have something called freedom of speech!

I called 10 passport facilities and all of them are shutdown for processing. Good thing I found this place. Excellent customer service and everything went very smooth.
