Went here to purchase some quick flowers. Was greeted by multiple people, but no one helped me. After 10 minutes I decided to just leave. Flowers look nice though!

My son ordered a Mothers Day bouquet. It arrived a day late on Monday. They were beautiful however I did notice a slight brown edge on 2 of the white roses. After only 3 days some of the flowers were completely wilted and by the morning of the 5th day most flowers wilted and droopy. I feel badly that my son paid a lot of money and it didn’t even last. Very disappointed.

We received a beautiful spray of red and white carnations for our daughters funeral, but have no idea who they were from. They didnt include a card.

Paid $230 for this bouquet to be delivered 1 mile on a random Thursday (not a holiday). You be the judge whether this is a good value or not. When I called to complain, the customer service manager said that the bouquet was "as ordered" and refused to refund.

I must say that Adrianna and her team have done an outstanding job with the several arrangements that I have ordered. I work as a Director of Community Relations in Atherton and after the amazing experience that I have had in previous past I decided that we would use Citti's for all of our precious moment orders. Adrianna personally helped me pick out the most beautiful arrangement for my late best friend and the delivery was beyond expectation. Please look no further - Citti's is the best!

Had to be on travel for my wife’s birthday and arranged for delivery of Flowers and balloons from Cittis. I missed the Suite # on her work address, but called and they were super nice added it, and delivered a beautiful bouquet on time, unfortunately no balloons. I called them, they looked up the order, apologized and said they’d send them out with as soon as the next driver returned. I was satisfied.

My wife sends me a picture of the balloons and another bouquet they sent as an apology. It was above and beyond, nice move, though wasn’t expected. Certainly brings me back to them as the immediate florist solution.
