My fiance ordered my favorite flowers for my birthday from Chase Flowers. He requested they be delivered on Thursday before 12 pm. They arrived well before 12 and are gorgeous. I've received many compliments in the few hours I've had them on my desk. They are very fragrant and I can't stop looking at them. I've already told him any future orders need to be placed with Chase. Thank you for fulfilling the orders as he requested!

Because it’s Valentine’s Day and I remembered how horrible my flowers were last year and the service I received when I complained. On the back of the card sent with flowers it states that if you are unhappy with them or there is an issue call the shop. I did contact the shop because 1. my flowers arrived with no water in them. 2. The flowers were all bunched up as if they were just thrown in the vase with no rhyme or reason to them, flowers were dying for some water 3. It was a one sided arrangement similar to the ones you see for funeral which made no sense whatsoever. 4 there was no valentines colors used or even a ribbon. The owner states my bf asked for green hydrangeas and sunflowers which is why they did not do valentines colors, makes no sense I’ve seen plenty arrangements for valentines with green hydrangeas and is flowers.

Anyway when I complained about my horrible flowers because the card said to do that and owner made excuses and got upset when I said the arrangement was ugly and I was disappointed. How would you feel as a woman when everyone got beautiful deliveries and yours was a huge mess. He wound up telling us to shop somewhere else which we gladly did after this. Definitely not the type of customer service or product I expected from someone who has been in business so long. Anyways here are pics of the flowers and soon as they were delivered. Sunflowers all bunched in one area. Back of the arrangement is bare and some of the flowers were already droopy

I live in Taiwan and couldn't find a way to get my little sister a convenient present. Thankfully I found this flower shop and saw they take orders online there in Fresno. They did such a wonderful job, my sis loved her flower arrangement. Thank you for your service!

First pic is what I ordered, however ask if it was possible to make it an all white arrangement due to a cultural funeral. This is what I got. Picked up at 1:45 Saturday 7/17. This looks nothing like what I ordered. I’m even embarrassed to show up with these flowers. I couldn’t personally pick them up, but if I would have I would have asked for my money back. I will be calling on Monday. Flowers are welting, brown spots. Hell there’s more leaves then flowers. Super disappointed.

It was Chinese Valentine's Day so I called Chase florist in Fresno California. I ordered a dozen roses and a stuffed animal bear for my significant other. The order for same day delivery must be before 2:00 p.m. I just got off an airplane flight, it was 2:45 p.m. Brian could sense the urgency in my voice that I had to have this delivered today otherwise I'm dead meat. So he accommodated my request for same day delivery. What excellent customer service. I am very grateful. The total for my order was $112 for the flowers, the bear, and same day delivery which is reasonable. I attached the photo to show the beautiful work that chase florist does. I highly recommend this florist. The work is beautiful, inexpensive, and they have a great attitude for customer service.
