Amazing fresh flowers; lasted a long time. Great arrangement. And great customer service; they managed to deliver it even with wrong address! (They persistently called recipient again and again until they got hold of her and got the correct address!). Highly recommended.

This place came highly recommended by a co worker. Not pleased at all ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work for our anniversary. Paid almost $120 for these flowers and chocolates. Called same day to make sure would be delivered before my wife left for the day. Flowers did not arrive till almost seven at night. Needless to say my wife had went home for the day after even staying an hour late to wait for the flowers. I had ordered these flowers two day before the delivery day. I have not gotten a response back after reaching out to owner to make things right do not recommend at all

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Aunt on Valentine's Day. I went with a designer's choice bouquet. The arrangement arrived on time and in excellent condition. For the price it was a large and full arrangement with a variety of fresh florals, including some stunning roses. My Aunt was absolutely thrilled. Online ordering made the whole process easy. I will be repeat customer.

Extremely rude, made me and his service to me and my g/f his absolute least priority. Spent over $100 and he is the worst florist business owner I've had to deal with. Special occasion for us, and his arrogant, and short caring attitude warrants a 1 star...at best....this coming from me, who worked in the florist world. He needs to seriously learn customer service, be honest, ask questions, find the buyers needs, and don't assume your customer doesn't mind getting his purchase as the very last one you deliver...and not be a person with zero care, no remorse, or understanding and hang up on me when I question your thinking pattern on the situation.

Horrible experience ordered flowers for a special occasion days in advance and they couldn't even deliver on time. Given that the order was days in advance notice they should have been able to deliver during the day 8-5 nope wasn't until late in the evening and it was a place of business not a house or home so after special person already left for the day. Paid lots of money for a disappointment. Called and left message to give a chance for them to make it right. No response back crickets. This flower shop is horrible would not recommend unless you like over priced disappointments then this is the shop for your needs.

After really poor service from another florist in this area that I had tried twice, I was really hoping I had found a quality florist that would deliver what I wanted on the day I asked for it. Was so VERY pleased with the QUALITY of the flowers and the RIGHT DAY DELIVERY by Char's for my loved one. From now on, Char's is my 'go to' florist in Martinez.
