Security guard is great at guarding the restrooms. Tells me I'm not allowed to use their restroom. So I ask where's a restroom I can use and of course there's not one. I told her when you gotta go you gotta go but she said , "Not here you don't. Truck drivers are not allowed to use our restrooms".
Next time I'll go find a bush or a tree in the parking lot.
Other than that it's a decent loading process. Plenty of room to maneuver around. Helpful operators.
They are serious about safety but don't care if you ruin your bladder. Obviously your health doesn't matter at all. Drink plenty of water when it's 100+ degrees out here, but don't you dare use our restrooms. Pathetic.

Seems like I'm not the only one having problems with security guard..during check in the black lady with the ugly attitude thinks she owns the yard and can rudely talk to anyone but as soon as I spoke back she felt disrespected....it's always the same people who give you a hard time for no reason...I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt like this....

I have no experience at this place, I just know that they consistantly place the wrong address on their paperwork, sending them to my plant on Bay Park Rd, instead of Bay Port Rd. I am tired of having to tell people that they are at the wrong place, and it creates a security issue when I am constantly having to fend off contractors attempting to drive through my gates heading to a plant that is not even accessible via Bay Park. Really wish they would get it together

Instead of going to HWY 3 from Shaver, take Crenshaw to Strawberry to Genoa Red Bluff. This is more direct.
