0 STAR IF POSSIBLE. PAID 4650$ FOR VEGETATION SURVEY AND THEY LEFT TAGS ON EVERY TREE AND WANTS THE OWNER TO PAY 350$ TO REMOVE.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was in the process of a completing a new pool and our city requests an updated survey of the property when such a construction is completed. After finding out the original company who did our property original survey does not offer those services, I was highly recommended to contact Caulfield and Wheeler. Mr. Scott Pirtle and his staff were extremely responsive. They are readily accessible by phone and e-mail and I was also able to make the payment very easy through their link. They sent a crew to our home to complete a new survey within 48 hours and I had an updated survey via PDF within 3 days of my initial e-mail contact with them. Thank you very much for making this one important item in closing my pool permits so stress free!

This is a professional review no it a private one. I'm in the business and went to a new client today. The plat was done by this firm. And not for the first time I had to drop the client. Because not a single survey point was found on the entire plat. Meaning they billed years of survey work without ever performing a survey. Reporting them to the board. Again.

Today I almost got into a car accident because one of their employees wanted to be in-front of me at a Pollo Tropical line. We whipped around a corner saw me and push on his gas so he could be in front of me not caring that I had to slam on my breaks.

My words to u are this. I had the right of way. No food is worth your need to be first. That’s how people cause accidents and get sued! My car is a week old to me. U could have cause a lot of damage on my life. Think about everyone not just yourself from now on.
