DO NOT PURCHASE or be ready to be swindled. Purchased over $6,500 in kennel gates and was told it would be 4-6 weeks because they were backed up. It's now over 3 months and I have called over 25 times to both provided numbers along with sending over 15 emails. I had 1 response from "Mike" that he would look into this and get back to me the next day. Long story short I never heard back and I continue to try to get someone to assist with this issue. Never a response its beyond disrespectful. Looking into legal action along with reporting to the Better Business Bureau at this point for some assistance.
GO LOOK AT YELP REVIEWS TOO!!! THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY ON OUT OF STATE ORDERS. CLOWNS OPERATE THIS PLACE!!! Do not support bad people!!!

DO NOT place any orders with this company. Look at all the negative reviews and they all claim they never get the merchandise and then nobody ever responds to calls or emails.
I personally am going through this and have over 25 emails and calls which are never returned. Pathetic customer service and company’s like this ultimately never last!!!

Update: I will continue to add so everyone understands this poor operation. I posted my experience on their Facebook page and they blocked me so I know they get my messages yet no call or explanation about my order of over $6,500 which was paid in full. I’m now filing with the courthouse due to the fact that they never respond after an email and phone call every single day from me. If you support this business you are foolish. Glad they can’t remove this as they removed any negative post they can find. I’m one of many when you look at their negative reviews so don’t become the next dope to give them money like I did!

We placed an order for Horse Corral Panels on January 17th 2024, paid invoice in hand waiting on shipping information. Have emailed multiple email addresses multiple times with no response; calling the store the employees just tell us to email which again gets absolutely no response. It is now July 18th 2024 and we still have absolutely no updates on our order. Do not recommend ordering from them as we still don't have the panels we have been needing since January! At this point either the panels or a refund is in order!

I placed an order through rhino dog kennels. I was charged by cactus Feed and supply. These are all businesses under the umbrella of @cageco $4700 was withdrawn by an ACH withdrawal, and I never received my product.
Ashley has been vulgar when trying to get resolution when I have been able to get ahold of her. The owner Mike will not return my call, text or emails. Save yourself some heartache and go somewhere else. Too many of us have had our money taken.

a charge was made to my checking account, and I was not doing business with them, I purchased from another company. I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone and return my $4700 they took from my bank account. I have not received any products, and just had them steal $4700 from me. Update. Still no order delivered, and no refund issued.
