Karine was so sweet and helpful! I placed an order online and proceeded to call the florist asking if card messages could be sent in Armenian writing. Karine mentioned she would be delighted to write them herself; this meant a lot to me especially after being invited to an Armenian Thanksgiving dinner (and since I’m currently learning Armenian, myself). Also, I was lucky to have called this morning as Karine was on her way to the market to purchase flowers; she ensured fresh flowers for my delivery — which she did! The ones sent on same-day delivery were beautiful, colorful, and fresh! Karine has an incredible talent and attention to detail. The recipients loved both so so so much, and mentioned that the card messages were super warm and touching! Thank you Karine, and your staff, for all the help today. It meant the world to me — forever my favorite florist and flower shop! ❤️ Can’t wait to purchase more again, thank you so much. Wonderful experience, 12/10 as you exceeded all expectations!
