this is what we home owners pay $290.00 a year for Call Desac maintenance. This is only my street. I call these mower riders
highway cowboys do i really need 3,4,and5 in my back yard weekly 200 feet of yard again is this worth $290.00 HOA people it is time to consider what we really pay for as home owners in BURNT STORE MEADOWS

A very nice and welcoming community. The neighborhood is wonderful - peaceful and friendly with lots of green space that attracts the beautiful Sandhill Cranes, Ibis and other Flirida wildlife. Due to the development design of many cul de sacs, traffic is very low making it a wonderful place to raise a family or just enjoy the outdoors. It is a great place for walking with or without your pets or riding your bicycle. The neighbors are the best - there if you ever need help but unintrusive, allowing you all of the privacy you want.

I have lived here for 25 years and
love💖 this area that I call home

It’s beautiful and peaceful community in southwest Florida even though we’re right off Tamiami Trail and five minutes from I-75

The sunsets are spectacular with all the different shades of colors Rainbows 🌈 are huge to see in
the big open skies

You may see the neighbors out with their fur family for a stroll or maybe a bike or (golf cart) ride around our area

The crane birds live here and are very cool to watch as they walk around our neighborhood
Please do not feed or bother them and please stop 🛑 when these birds are crossing the road

We’re about 15 minutes from Punta Gorda airport where Allegiant Airlines flights arrive and depart from

Come take a drive through our neighborhood and see for yourself what you’re missing out on

There’s still property that you may want to build your new home here

Having been a resident of this neighborhood since 2004 I can say it's NOT what it used to be...Thanks to Alligiant Airlines and the Punta Gorda Airport it is non stop constant planes flying overhead. To some this is No big deal but to me it's enough to make me and several others want to MOVE the question is to where? I know some place AWAY from the airport. What's sad no one cares and no one can help but the property values are NOT what they could and should be

This part of town is always filled with very nice and well-kept houses. It is more upper class. Very nice and well cap, and all the people are very nice.
