One of the MOST beautiful arrangements I have ever received! My husband and I were traveling from out of town to attend a marriage retreat on our anniversary weekend. He called and ordered ahead and the flowers were waiting in our hotel room when we arrived. Wow! So gorgeous and in a pretty pitcher - which will be utilized for many years. My husband said the employee was so very helpful and kind. 5++++++ stars!!

I live in St Louis, my mother lives in Henderson. Had flowers delivered for Mother's Day , also her birthday. They actually went out of their delivery range for me which I really appreciated. Mother loved the flowers, sent picture and they were beautiful. Thank you so much

Never got flowers for a service. They wanted to deliver 3 days after service. Never sad they were sorry. I told them I wouldnt do business with them again . They said that was fine with them.

I recently had a delivery at my office of one of the most beautiful, fragrant bouquets I have ever received. It had a hand blown pitcher, that looked very much like the Kool-Aid pitcher, but lavender in color and kind of antiqued on the outside. The bouquet was big and beautiful and lasted a long time. Today I ran in with an empty Budweiser long neck and asked for a quick arrangement of little bud roses, some baby's breath and the green. Then I put a sign on it "This bud's for you!". I've always wanted to do that for years and now I finally did. They are very accommodating.

I Bought the cheerful basket. The flowers that arrived was half the size of the $55 size pictured. The picture of the website from the side view, I can see 3 gerbera daisies, 3 other daisies, 8 roses, 4 carnations and other fillers. Mine had 3 gerbera daisies total (on top). The side view shows 3 roses, 2 other daises, zero carnations and some fillers. It's cute, but definitely not worth $74....more like $30. I emailed company next day and there has been no response in 5 days yet. I added a review to their personal website (with 3 stars) which didn't make this page. Very disappointed.

If you are looking for flowers THIS IS THE SPOT. We recently happened to be in town for a family funeral. We went into Bouque Palace for several arrangements including the cast spray. Sandy was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. So helpful to the point she let us see in her back room of the flowers in stock and available for us to choose from to help us make some decisions. She is able to meet our needs while staying within our budget. She created a special basket per my request of something she has not done before and with out hesitation she said “We will make it happen”. That is true customer service. I can not say enough about the beautiful arrangements she and her team created for the event. THANK YOU BOUQUE PALACE!!!

Because of the pandemic, we couldn’t travel and be with my partner’s parents in person for their 50th anniversary, but Bouquet Palace made it so easy to order and have delivered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers so they would know we were thinking of them on such a big milestone in a marriage. We ordered online, which was incredibly simple - pick your bouquet, pick a delivery date, fill in info and the note to include, and you’re all set. They delivered the flowers the day of, and they were absolutely beautiful - thanks for helping the day be more special!

A cheery voice greets me every time I call to order a bouquet and a smile whenever I go to the shop to pick up one. Excellent service all the time. Very personable. Bouquets are always gorgeous and great quality. They last a long time.
