I've lived here for almost 2 years now and it has been a great experience! The community is beautifully maintained and the manager, Bella, is always looking to make improvements to the living experience. Any issues were taken care of immediately. I could not have found a better place to live!

I lived in this community for over a year and a half. During my lease, I never had any issues with neighbors or felt unsafe in the community. Everyone is very clean, quiet and respectful.

Around 6-8 months ago they assigned Bella as the property manager, at first we had a little bump due to the fact that she is very straight forward but when it comes to looking up for you she will come and help you, my AC had to be replaced and within 60 minutes she went to my apartment to do an inspection, 3 days later everything was fixed, replaced and looking brand new. When I moved out she also helped and made the process very very smooth. Great community manager and great community as well!

Bella has been the most pleasant, wonderful and helpful property manager I have ever dealt with. She is always kind and is willing to help! The property is always maintained to top shape and nothing goes unnoticed. Having such a great property manager coupled with the location of this community makes it such and enjoyable place to live. When I moved into the Boca Bend Marina complex in September of 2021, I was met by a beautiful abode and idyllic surroundings, my apartment itself being fairly new and the building flush against a river that dreams on into the oceans beyond. It's a hidden treasure, Boca Bend Marina is. Quite contrarily however, the Boca Bend management team, from the property manager down to the maintenance workers were less than stellar. Though the team changed hands a few times, with new employees coming and going, it never improved, there was naught but madness and anarchy festering in the leasing office and diffusing out unto the community. That is, until Stephanie Jimenez showed up. She is the one who finally made living here feel like home. She built this place from a dysfunctional worn down apartment complex, into a thriving community. Since her arrival, Boca Bend has been in tip-top shape and the staff that works under her, led by Joe, is as attentive and friendly (and knowledgeable) as it gets. Repairs are completed quickly (thanks again Joe), the buildings are kept clean, the greenery is well-maintained, and someone is almost always available to deal with tenant issues. I'm mystified as to how we went from the last property manager to Stephanie. She's been the saving grace of this community and such is the product of her considerate nature and exceptional work ethic. It's rare I see her go home when the night is yet young, as she is wholly committed to her tenant community and never satisfied until each of our concerns are adequately addressed. She is the consummate professional, and were it not for her, I would have moved out long ago. Instead, I wear a smile around here and most of my neighbors do too. I'm happy to say, that as of today, I can fully recommend Boca Bend Marina as a quality place to live, it's Boca's [not so hidden anymore] gem.

Bella the property manager is great. She is the best at what she does. She was able to get me in my apartment right away. Responds quickly to my text messages & phone calls. Takes care of any of my problems or issues that I have. Love the water view & pool. This is a very good place to live. It is quiet, clean & safe. People here are friendly. I enjoy living here.

The reason the reviews are so conflicting about the previous property manager is because Bella would specifically text residents to go leave a review about her, not the property but her. She no longer works here but we still get texts and videos soliciting her new career as a real estate agent. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism by a property manager.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 1/2 years. I paid my rent on time, never made any complaints, and was friendly with all of my neighbors.

Do not let the nice location fool you, there is an awful mold problem from outdated HVAC systems and piping. Don’t let them trick you and say it’s fixed, it isn’t, because the buildings themselves are the problem.

This company will nickel and dime you for everything they can. I forfeited my deposit because I told them I wasn’t renewing my lease less than 60 days before my lease was up. $1,700 gone because I wasn’t certain of my future living condition.

Then they send me a bill for $325 for a cleaning fee, administration fee, and damages. I had a professional cleaner come to my apartment before I moved out.

Management does not care about you, or your issues. The apartments are full of issues, I dealt with it for 2 1/2 years so I could live on the water. I’m glad to have moved out of that area, and they won’t see a penny from me for that $325 they will have to take me to court.

I have been a tenant at Boca Bend Marina for the past 4 years and my experience has been nothing but positive. The neighbors are very friendly, great location close to I-95, lots of parking and a park for the kids is close by. Bella, the property manager is very nice. If you have any issues or concerns she is just a phone call away and she replies right away regardless of the time or day.
