Once more Bears and Roses hits it put of the park! I stopped using 1-800-flowers was ripped off one to many times from them. Just by luck a few years ago I found Bears and Roses not too from from my Mom's in Cypress. Every time I send her flowers it is better than the picture on their web site and the pictures are beautiful. Never a flower out of place and they last her for weeks they are so fresh. I ordered on the web site and the next day I got a call asking if I wanted morning or afternoon delivery super nice lady on the phone.

My mom paid $100 for a light blue bouquet of flowers and they gave her some red and white ones first. She let the guy know that those were wrong and showed him the receipt. The guy took her receipt and he insisted that that was what she had ordered. My mom does not argue so she just took them and sat in her car and called my sister to let her know what had happened. FYI the guy never gave her back the receipt! As she was sitting in the car the guy ran over to her and said “that is the wrong bouquet” and took the bouquet from her went back inside the store and after a little while came back out with a different bouquet that was not what she had ordered either. This one had white and pink roses with white flowers that were SPRAY PAINTED light blue (sloppy sprayed to top it off!) And PINK ribbon! It was supposed to be light blue! My niece didn’t get to use the bouquet because it didn’t match her dress and it was the day of her quinceañera! I wish I was with my mom so I could’ve helped her because that guy took advantage of her kindness! I would not let that slide! $100 for wrong colors and spray painted bouquet of flowers and the guy could care less because my mom is a sweet lady that will not argue! Look at the PINK roses and sloppy PAINT all over the bouquet! SHAME ON YOU! BEARS & ROSES!!! Taking advantage of seniors!!! I gave them one star because I had to to write this or else it would be 0 stars!
