I had my wedding here in November of 2019 but just realized I never reviewed it so here it is... I have no regrets at all! This place is so beautiful and our wedding was absolutely perfect! More than I had imagined. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and am thankful I came across this venue. It was affordable, the barn and honestly the whole property itself is very pretty and has a rustic feel to it, they have so many decorations already there to the point that I didn't have to buy anything except my flowers (because of the colors I wanted), the bridal suite was air conditioned and roomy (it even has a full kitchen), etc... and I know they've added so much since 2019. I could go on and on but you really just have to see it for yourself. The main thing I want to point out are the owners. They are so friendly and treated us like family. You can tell that they're genuine and are not just in it for the money. They constantly went out of their way to help out & made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate businesses like this one and highly recommend you book your next event at Bear Tree Barn! Thank you again Chuck & Cathy!

This was the first venue we looked at in our search. I knew from our first walk through that this was it but we forced ourselves to look at other locations before deciding. The owners make you feel like you're part of the family. Cathy was perfect. She stayed in contact with us the whole time until the day of the event. They had so many decorations that we were able to incorporate into our theme which saved us a ton of money.
One of the things that we really liked was that we basically had the whole week for our wedding. We went the Wednesday before the wedding and got to pick out the decor we wanted to use. Friday we got the space set up, Saturday we got married and Sunday we went back and grabbed the items we brought that we planned on keeping.

Go here for your wedding! Don't go anywhere else in this area...your wasting your time! Bear Tree Barn, Cathy, Chuck and Colby are phenomenal!! So is dad!! They are like family! They were there throughout the whole process...our guests were floored at how beautiful our wedding was!!!! You make your wedding the way you want, with all their decorations to use!! We even brought some of our own! Your wedding will be easy down to using their bridal house and groom hutch for convenience! I'm telling you....don't go anywhere else...I guarantee you will be coming back to them! Set price and all they have included along with the breathtaking pictures you'll get from being on the property. You will be so happy with the decision of having your wedding at the Bear Tree Barn!! It's gorgeous!!! Just look at these pictures...I am loving my pictures, and these aren't even professional...I'll post those in a couple weeks!! We had an absolute all out blast! As a dad, you want your little girl to have a magic wedding. Her desire was a fall barn wedding. We researched options and found many venues were owned by big operations that charged lots of money, had lots of rules and were buildings with paved parking lots, etc.. not a rustic barn in the woods setting at all. Bear Tree Barn is a real barn in real woods with real farm animals in the nearby field. It's down a private drive a half mile from the nearest road. Authentic for sure and It has all the amenities you look for. Round and square tables are provided, nice chairs, serving tables, wedding arches, table cloths, chair covers, decorations, full kitchen, and large patio with whisky barrels to hold Hors D'oeuvre's. It also has a separate country cottage for the bride to primp before the wedding and a grooms cabin for the gents. The owners are very engaged and helped all along the way. The owners suggested a catering company (PopZ) that blew our socks off. We took advantage of the barn theme and had PopZ serve smoked BBQ chuck wagon style. We opened the patio slider doors and guests had their plates filled right from the huge smoker, a real treat. We had both the wedding, the dinner and the dancing all inside with over 100 guests with ample room. I'll also add a few things most don't think about... The A/C is large enough to keep everything cool, there are about 10 rocking chairs in the venue that guests used throughout the evening, and there is a movie type popcorn machine that was a hit with the younger ones. My little girl had her magical wedding and this papa is glad we booked the Bear Tree Barn.

I got married here April 2nd and it was amazing. Even with the pouring rain we were able to have a beautiful wedding inside. The owners are absolutely amazing and help you every step of the way. If you need anything the day of Colby is a text away. These people are just all around good people. They don't have surprise prices added. They let you use everything that is there; wedding dresses, chairs, tables, decorations and they have tons. My wedding was on a rainy day so we didn't get the outside pictures with there beautiful views so they are letting us come back to take some. I went to about 15 venues throughout Florida, when I seen this venue and met the owners I knew this was it and my wedding would be perfect. Thank you guys so much for all you do.

Beautiful venue tucked away in the woods. Lots of space to spread out and be comfortable before and during the wedding. Even nice outdoor space to keep guests occupied, weather permitting.

When I was heading to this place I was a little iffy — many before it were busts — but as soon as the barn was in might sight I just knew! This was it. This is where I would marry the man I love and where my dream wedding would take place! And it did just that even in a time when the world was collapsing around us — our wedding was beautiful inside and out! The owners are AMAZING people and they helped every way they could! I won’t be getting married again — but I sure hope my daughters and maybe even my sons pick this place!!! Thank you for a truly remarkable experience and an absolutely gorgeous wedding!!!

The venue was beautiful. I just wish on hot Florida days they would allow the guest to wait in the barn while pictures were being taken. The ac was on and guest were melting.
