I am SO very pleased with the service and the stunning personalized orchid that was delivered to my friend who is a new mommy at Tampa General Hospital.
Unfortunately I waited until the last minute to order flowers and luckily Bay Bouquet came to the rescue. I will absolutely be using them for all of my flower needs going forward and will not forget the kindness of the staff on the phone who was helping me.

Horribly embarrassed and angry when friend sent thank you and a picture of a $100 arrangement that cost $122 with shipping and tax that looked at most like a $30 arrangement.😡
I wished I would have read more reviews that were predominantly one-star. Called the Manager at Bay Bouquet just now and his response was that it was not illegal when accused of price gouging🤬

I am utterly dismayed by the product I received from Bay Bouquet. The bouquet I ordered, depicted on the left, bore no resemblance whatsoever to what was delivered, as shown in the photo on the right. The quality discrepancy is glaring; not a single rose was present in the delivered arrangement, which instead contained only four carnations akin to those found at a local grocery store. Furthermore, the two balloons I had requested were missing entirely. My experience with Bay Bouquet was profoundly disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. I feel utterly deceived and unequivocally ripped off.

Coltrina was amazing!!!! She worked after hours just to help me through my indecisiveness right before a big holiday. I needed a custom flower arrangement for a traditional Hindu funeral and she exceeded my expectations. If you want something worthy of your time and money for a special occasion like this, then I highly recommend going here with Coltrina.

Received a small bouquet of flowers from my mom for my birthday. Didn’t have the heart to tell her they were awful. I’m not sure what she ordered, but I am sure they weren’t dead in the picture. It’s disappointing that someone paid for overpriced flowers to make someone feel special and they get this.

We used Bay Bouquet for our wedding at the Oxford Exchange. Simply wonderful is how I'd describe the service and flowers. Anthony was brilliantly creative in fulfilling my wife's requests. We shopped around and ultimately chose this florist based on reviews and recommendations. It's the only way to go these days. Five stars all the way!
