Highly recommend purchasing flower arrangements from Bartlett Flowers! This was my first experience ordering a flower delivery online as a gift and it was such an easy process and experience. I made note of where I wanted the arrangement to be placed in my order notes and it was followed perfectly. The online tracking wasn’t extremely accurate so I called the store to confirm the arrangement was on it’s way before closing time. Not sure who I spoke to but they were very kind and informed me that the arrangement was on the truck and out for delivery. Would definitely shop here again!

I have ordered flowers several times from Bartlett Flowers. Their arrangements are absolutely beautiful!
Today they absolutely blew me away with their service and more importantly their kindness!
I had volunteered to do my niece’s wedding bouquets, but my niece wanted an European Hand tied bouquet. I’d never done one! I’m not a professional florist. They made it looks so easy on You Tube! Two hours before having to be at the wedding venue, I gave up my attempt at this type of bouquet and was having a panic attack because I couldn’t pull that type of bouquet together! I called Bartlett to see if they could help me. They told me to bring my flowers and they would put them together for me for a designer fee. I got there with flowers in hand, and within 30 minutes I was out the door with a stunning bouquet Jen put together for me!! They saved the day! Thank you so much!!

I'm from out of state and called Bartlett to get an arrangement sent to a vey special lady for her 90th birthday. The owner, Jennifer was amazing and even called me after hours to let me know the plan. It was so far up and beyond the call of duty. It's really nice to know that there are caring and talented people out there. I'm VERY impressed!!

I called as soon as they opened today to ask about getting flowers as quickly as possible to my mother-in-law. She had been in the hospital in ICU for 21 days. No fresh flowers were allowed there so as soon as she was placed on hospice and moved to a different part of the hospital, I wanted her to be able to get some beautiful flowers to brighten her room. I was so thankful that a beautiful arrangement was delivered early enough for her to enjoy it! It did end up being her last day with us and I'm thankful you created something really lovely for her to enjoy. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience! I ordered flowers on line from out of state to have sent the same day to a good friend. They called because they wanted to confirm that I would be happy with the flowers they currently had for same day delivery as the ones I ordered were not in stock. They exceed my expectations in bringing some cheer to my best friend today. These are incredible and the customer service was amazing!!! I will order from them again and again! Thank you!!
