We used their supply of pavers & related items for a large backyard paving project, paying their delivery fee and mandatory deposit for pallets, which would supposedly be refunded at $25 per pallet after the pallets were returned. Even though I called on the way letting them know we were enroute, and we left a note on the pavers. Well they refused to refund our $75 saying we had to be there in person when we delivered the pallets. No venmo, snail mail or paypal option. We arrived 15 minutes after they closed, on our way back to the bay area, 4 hours away. Refund refused, even though we left the pallets at their door. Bad faith business practice! I'll complain to the better business as well, on principle!

UPDATE: The business owner replied a couple weeks later, was very gracious and apologetic and refunded us for the returned pallets! She was fair and kind and we will gladly do business with them again in the future. Their rating has been revised to 4 stars!

Nice group of people. Helpful and fast service. Local, no mold in the soil, great selection of wood bark, walk on for cedar, and plenty of choices in soil.

Great assortment of decorative rock. Stocking sandstone in multiple colors and sizes. Grave and sand to fill in the empty spaces or if you prefer bark they will have what you need. The new addition of one yard cement totes is great for the small jobs. But what caught my eye was the sand bagging machine to help with flooding problems.

Thank you Cody (Tommy) for an awesome job! Backing in my truck I was like a dump truck will fit no problem but when he showed up I realized it's A LOT bigger than my truck. ? Perspective. He backed in no problem and spread it out perfectly!!! Thank you again!

Purchased 8 $60 boulders for landscaping and paid $240 for delivery and placement.
Placement meant 20 minutes.
After the guy offload the pallets from the truck and he struggled to pick up the first rock, and then the next (he dropped them several times after moving his a couple feet, he apologized saying he is new at this. So after placing three boulders 15’ from the unloaded pallets he said his office wanted to talk to me . They formed me he was done, every additional minute was $4 per minute. I called and asked for the manager to call me back…still waiting…

These guys are on it! I arrived to pick up a "Scoop" of sand, on a rainy day, with a small trailer. The experienced loader operator told me, the now wet sand was too heavy for the little trailer. I took ½ scoop and returned for the other ½. I do believe he thwarted a terrible mishap.
They always have what I need and have been quick to answer any questions or search new materials.
My go to place.
