Bought for a friend's birthday. She loved them so much .They were delivered on Christmas eve! Her birthday. She has texted me 4 times to say how beautiful! They are smelling my home with beautiful scents. She buys flowers often so these really impressed her!!! Great job.its always a risk buying online out of your area They called me to say they ran out of one of the flowers in my choice.And gave me other options i allowed them to choose and just make it beautiful..And they did ,my friend is so in AWE of these flowers.I highly recommend this company. What can I say about this AMAZING flower shop? I can tell you I walked in with somewhat of a vision and the owner (Patti) sat down and worked with me on 18 beautiful centerpieces for our Year End Event. The cubes she made to set inside of the display turned out incredible! The President loved them and he told me out of all the photographs his mom zoned in on the centerpiece and it was a "Must Have" and was truly the star of the event! Thank you for all that you do to bring smiles through flowers! SHOP SMALL, the folks at Awe Flowers are very friendly and work with you big or small details. THANK YOU!

I've purchased two flower arrangements from Awe Flowers in the past month for separate birthdays.

Birthday #1 - Mid-December - I saw the great reviews and they make a point on the website that they do same-day deliveries with a count down clock and everything, so I decided to give them a try. I placed an online order at 9am and by closing time, I hadn't received a delivery notification or any word from the recipient. I called and their voice message said, "Sorry we're closed. Call back on Monday." I called on a Monday, so that was confusing. Are they closed for a week until the following Monday or do they just have the same voice message regardless of the day? So, I emailed them and someone responded saying that their truck was out of service for the day and they couldn't make the delivery but they would do so first thing the following morning. Obviously, I was upset because they had not proactively notified me that there was an issue with deliveries. No email, no phone call, nothing.

Next day, still no delivery notification. I called and asked about the status of the delivery. There was a slight panic in her voice and she says it should be out for delivery now (it was about 2:45pm). I get a delivery confirmation at 3:24pm. Make of that what you will. I can't confirm that they forgot the order, but I can confirm that the flowers were not delivered same day and not "first thing" the following day to a location 1.5 miles away.

The experience left a bad taste in my mouth; however, the flowers were beautiful and that alone was the reason I ordered from them again.

Birthday #2 - Ordered Christmas eve for a birthday on the 26th. The flowers were delivered on time and again, the arrangement was beautiful. I expected this order to be delayed because of Christmas, but everything went smoothly.

Bottom line: I'm glad I gave them another shot, the arrangements are exceptional, but there were some customer service missteps.

We loved our experience with Awe Flowers! Originally, we had planned a big wedding in Atlanta but due to coronavirus we postponed our celebration. We were back and forth about doing a small ceremony but decided at the last minute to go ahead and get married! I called Patti 2 weeks before our wedding and she was so amazing!! I live in Atlanta, so I couldn't come in to design or plan but we talked on the phone and emailed pictures. She was able to do my bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and our big statement floral arrangement for the trellis all in about 2 weeks! She was so wonderful to work with and her prices were great. It turned out amazing and her flowers made our little backyard wedding feel so special! Thank you so much Patti 🙂

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement for my 93-year-old mother for Valentine's Day. She flipped...really loved it. It's a real work of art. Having been disappointed by several local florists, I decided to give Awe Flowers a try. What a terrific decision! In the past, I usually had to run to Michael's to buy stuff to fill out the arrangement and make it look festive. Not this time, Patty understood what I was looking for and created an impressive centerpiece. My host and his guests loved it. I'll go back again.
