Kendall was absolutely lovely to work with—so communicative, responsive, and friendly. The customer service was top-notch! We were unable to attend a birthday celebration last minute since we were stuck in Tampa, but Kendall saved the day. I called in the morning, and within about an hour, Kendall had a gorgeous arrangement designed and a beautiful card written, ready to be delivered to the event. The process was seamless, and the arrangement turned out stunning. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely be ordering from Aventura Florist again.
