Needed a couple last minute flower arrangements for a housewarming, and I had flown in from TX and didn’t know the area. Looked up florists on Google, and they were fairly close so I drove there. They were super accommodating and had 2 arrangements ready for me within 30 minutes or less. They were gorgeous, and smelled amazing! The ladies that I gifted them to were very surprised and thankful for their beautiful flowers.

Worst-rated florist in Orlando for good reason. If you call them, you get an automated message stating that their phone is disconnected. They have yet to deliver the flowers I ordered, yet they never proactively communicated any delays to me (in fact, they haven't communicated with me at all!). I tried emailing them too. I suspect they may be permanently closed.

I have used these kind folks the past 2 years, and have been very impressed! I brought the negative reviews to the owners attention and they explained that they had purchased the business a couple years ago and when looking at these reviews they are older than the current ownership has been in place... I encourage you to give these people the opportunity to earn your trust and business! Btw I have found the prices to be much cheaper compared to other florists! Below is a picture of my daughter's wrist corsage and it was ready the same day with an 11 o clock order! Thank you again Avalon Florist! I will definitely be using your services in the future!

I called to order a prom bouquet and matching boutonnière. I was kindly greeted by Bella who was very knowledgeable and thorough in getting as much info as possible to make sure she can recreate the vision we had. She also asked to provide an inspiration pic so we were on the same page. The bouquet and boutonnière far exceeded our expectations. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and the prom couple got so many compliments. We will definitely be returning!

My daughter, who lives in Orlando just celebrated her birthday. I (dad) live in Arizona. I phoned Avalon and was met by a friendly Bella. She put together my arrangement and had it delivered. I later received a text by Bella to let me know that flowers were delivered. The flowers were top notch quality. The experience over the phone with Bella gave me the feel of a mom and pops place. Very welcoming call and excellent service. I give Avalon Park Florist a 5 star. In todays world where everything seems so impersonal and “ordered it on-line”, this experience was 100% satisfactory.
