I live in New England but my Sister lives in Florida. Recently She had to deal with the loss of a family pet of 20 years. Losing a loving pet is like losing a part of yourself. I knew how she must be feeling & I had to do something to help brighten her day even just a little & to show her I was there for her even if I was miles away. Having a wonderful experience once before I called Artistic Flowers in Ocala Fl. I spoke with them & told them where i was from & why I needed something extremely special to brighten my sister day. They offered me 2 different types of arrangements & since i couldn't decide and my sister meant so much to me I said send one of each. All I suggested was My Sister loved Sunflowers and asked if they some how could include them in both arrangements. I used Artistic Flowers once before & was very happy with them then so I told them I trusted their expertise. I was right the Arrangements were perfect & they did brighten My Sister's day. These are the wonder creations they delivered to her.

They went above and beyond on a flower delivery they fulfilled, but was ordered through FTD to help fix an issue / misunderstand in the FTD order.

In the future I would suggest to always call the florist directly.

The owner was quick to help and delivered gorgeous flowers.

I had purchased a bouquet online for Mother's day as I am sure many people did. I specifically picked a bouquet with pink stargazer lillies as they are my mom's favorite and even made a comment to that effect. When the flowers were delivered however, it was a completely different bouquet than the one I ordered. I would have understood substations but there isn't a single lily and the color pallete is entirely different (what I ordered was pinks and whites, what my mom hot is dark reds and purples). I paid $111 expecting at least something close to what I saw in the photos online. Yes the arrangement is objectively pretty and yes again I understand substations, but if I had known this would be the outcome, I would have canceled my order.

I placed an order on-line to have flowers delivered to my step-mom for Mother's Day. I understand that substitutions may be made due to shortages of flowers and such but this arrangement wasn't worth $70 and they couldn't even tie a proper bow on the vase. I won't be using them again.

Absolutely amazing flowers! IMPECCABLE customer service! Not only will they work with your budget but they will make sure your flowers are unforgettably stunning!!! They did the bouquets for my wedding day as well as centerpieces, and the boutonnières! I asked for specific flowers, leaves, and a white rose for my mother in law. They took my vision and absolutely exceeded any and all expectations! Not only did they turn my “single white rose request” (for my MIL) into a gorgeous and simple bouquet, but they hand delivered everything in a box that kept all the flowers safe enough for transport to and from the ceremony! I cannot say enough kind words about their talent and I am forever grateful to this company! 🤍
