This place is terrible over priced and the owner Doug is very unhelpful and rude. Save your money and drive to grass valley. If I’m in a pinch I’ll pop in for something “cheap” and I don’t mind looking at the older women Sheila working the register 😊 with her chi chi hanging out.

Food truck sucks food is terrible and over priced. I was excited to try it out something new in penn valley and was not impressed. It’s not surprising to me considering everything in the store is over priced.

Like I said before if Shelia was flipping the burgers and cooking my fries I would go back but tell then I’m good off seeing Doug with a bad attitude.

I was looking for their phone number online and ran across some reviews I wish I would have found sooner. One review commented on how proud they are of their prices, which I fully agree with. The other mentioned how unorganized and unprofessional they are, which I also agree with. I was looking for their phone number so I could find out the status of my order. When I told the person that answered the phone what I ordered, their response was something to the effect of, "I wondered what that was doing here, it's been sitting there for awhile." every time I showed up at the store in person to find out what the status was, they had to write down my phone number again, on three separate occasions. I finally talked to the owners wife, she told me they have made numerous attempts to get a hold of me. I had since relocated out of the area, and found out that the item was actually in, and failed to notify me. I told Sheila what a nightmare the whole situation was, and her response was, "Honey, I'm sorry, but your nightmare is not my nightmare!" Seriously? I then informed her that, while my nightmare might not be her nightmare, it was her company that created my nightmare, so yes it is your nightmare. YOU CREATED THE NIGHTMARE! I asked her to mail it to me, which she said she would not do unless I paid for it. Why should I have to pay extra for someone elses screw up? I already paid enough for the product. So then I asked her to go ahead and refund my money back to my card, and I'll buy the same product in Oregon, where I relocated, and won't have to pay sales tax. Once again she wasn't willing to do that, without a restocking fee. It's almost six months later, and I'm finally able to go get it. We'll see if it's even there when I show up. I don't have high hopes of getting it without some hassle. Wish I would have seen those two reviews before I stepped foot in the door.

Best pricing I’ve found for American Spirit cigarettes. Lots of smoke gadgets, vape and a small cigar collection. Service is good.
