I decided to use this company for the first time this year for almost 500 yards of mulch. 1. I did not get my first load of mulch until two weeks after agreed delivery date due to a breakdown. 2 the first load was sent in bags instead of bulk. I called them first thing in the morning to make them aware of the mistake. I was than told to just keep the bags at no extra charge. 3 Later in the day I was called back and told that the rest of the delivery is delayed further and I would after all need to pay the $849 difference for them delivering the wrong product the first time. Obviously this its unacceptable to hold a customer accountable for an employee's mistake. Especially after in good faith I let them know as soon as it happened and was told it's fine. 4 I finally get the last load over 3 weeks after agreed date and for the first time in 6 years 480 yards was not enough. I was so far behind at this point due to the truck delays that I order more mulch against my better judgment. Once again I was promised the final delivery Monday morning and big surprise I was called that Monday afternoon and told another story of some breakdown and they are not sure when I will get my last load. My advice to the owner would be to monitor you equipment better, obviously nothing being maintained if you have daily breakdowns. But more important than that lean to stand by your employees and not try to make you customer base make up for the company's mistakes.
