I found them to be consistent in the interval in which they serviced my lawn and they were easy to get in touch with.
Only reason I canceled is that they consistently edged my yard and weed whacked too aggressively; my lawn has suffered. I communicated this to them multiple times and they didn’t fix the issue. My front yard looked good and the back yard terrible.
If you have a lawn that is pretty resilient with minimal issues like shade and tree roots, I’d say they are a safe bet.

I would highly recommend American Blade Lawncare services. Our family has been using them for over 8 years. They are dependable and reliable. We went through a few companies before we found them based on the great reviews from our neighbors. I think they service half our subdivision. They have done all of our projects through the years and my wife always has projects. From lawncare to mulch and gravel care, weed control, tree trimming, and a great pool enclosure flower and bush layout. This company is a little different, they care about Quality and that's what is important to me.

The American Blade crew did several jobs for me, including installing underground drainage systems from my home's rain gutter downspouts out to the surrounding waterways, repairing all of the soil lost through the bulkhead caused by hurricane Mathew, and adding top soil and new St. Augustine sod. The backyard looks as good as new (don't let the picture fool you - the sod was just installed yesterday, so it's still a bit in shock). The also reconfigured the irrigation system to adjust to the new yard height. Finally, one of the owners (Joe) replaced and adjusted two new Hunter rotating sprinklers in the front yard at no charge (simply because I mentioned that they weren't working).

I will never hire another company for anything yard-related. If I could give them a sixth star for the dedication, hard work, and positive attitude, I would.

I understand there are many homes in the Paloma neighborhood that need tending to. I’ve asked multiple times now for our walkway to be trimmed, including the hedges and given the excuse that they can’t keep up with the rain. Not only lazy incompetent also disrespectful individual on their crew. He walked past me as I was digging out beside our walkway to our home. I said excuse me cause I felt the air blowing on my back and I started to turn and that’s when it hit me in the face with it “seriously?!!” and he said “oh sorry” The only reason I was digging everything out is because they’re here once a week and they couldn’t cut down beside our walkway on a timely basis and I’d rather not step on a snake while walking a jungle with our four month old daughter outside. How about don’t just be sorry and do better.

Used American Blade for several months. Sometimes they would come out and cut the full yard and other times they would come out and only cut the front yard but not the back yard. Still would charge me full rate regardless. The owner would fix the issue if I had any, but I ended up canceling because it wasn't worth the monthly hassle of not knowing what kind of service I was going to get.

Excellent service: very responsive and unbelievably timely. Had french drains installed on both sides of the house and new sod installed on side yards and full backyard. Crew worked hard and managed to get everything done and cleaned up within a single week.

I regret to say that my experience with American Blade Lawncare has been highly disappointing and frustrating. As a loyal customer for several years, who always paid on time, I was shocked when they abruptly dropped me as a customer, citing a restructuring of their business that no longer included my area. The lack of consideration and poor communication during this transition was simply unacceptable.

One of the most glaring issues I encountered with American Blade Lawncare was their abysmal communication. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them to discuss important matters or address any concerns. They seemed completely indifferent to the needs of their customers, and attempts to reach out were met with silence or unhelpful responses. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a long-term client.

Furthermore, the decline in the quality of their service was evident. Once reliable and efficient, American Blade Lawncare's performance took a nosedive. Instead of focusing on delivering a well-executed job, it appeared that their main objective was to complete the work as quickly as possible. This resulted in a rushed job and a noticeable decrease in the quality of their workmanship. The attention to detail and care that I had come to expect from them was sorely lacking.

Another issue that plagued my experience was their inconsistency in scheduling. Without any notification or explanation, they would frequently miss weeks of service, leaving my lawn neglected and unkempt. It was frustrating to have to constantly wonder when they would show up to make up for the missed days, if at all. This lack of reliability and failure to communicate delays only added to the disappointment I felt as a customer.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against relying on American Blade Lawncare for your lawn care needs. Their lack of communication, declining quality of service, and inconsistent scheduling make them an unreliable and unprofessional choice. There are undoubtedly better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the level of service one expects from a lawn care provider.
