no se por donde empezar con ustedes pero la verdad estoy muy desepsionado con esta tienda , le doy una estrella pero no quisiera poner ni una , nada, la entrega pesima, en la direccion equivocada y me toco manejar casi una hora para entonces recogerlas yo mismo , mala coordinacion entrega como a las 4 pm un pedido que habia echo 4 dias antes , las flores muuuuuy pobres la decoracion minima , solo 12 flores y pague por el deluxe mas unos globos , el chocolate y el peluche pequeño casi 160 dolares , y 12 FLORES ENSERIO !!!! y no eran las mejores rosas tampoco, se suponia que era el deal del 14 de febrero, la verdad que debia ser un buen dia ya q yo estaba lejos en miami trabajando y queria darle la sorpresa a mi esposa pero por el mal trabajo de este lugar todo fue un desastre , no recomiendo este lugar , seria mejor que hagan sus compras de flores en poblix o walmart y sale mucho mejor se los aseguro .

I don't know where to start with you but the truth is I am very disappointed with this store, I give it one star but I wouldn't like to put even one, nothing, the delivery was terrible, at the wrong address and I had to drive almost an hour to then pick them up myself, poor coordination delivery around 4 pm an order that I had made 4 days before, the flowers were very poor, the decoration was minimal, only 12 flowers and I paid for the deluxe plus some balloons, the chocolate and the small stuffed animal almost 160 dollars, and 12 FLOWERS REALLY!!!! and they weren't the best roses either, it was supposed to be the February 14th deal, the truth is that it should have been a good day since I was far away in Miami working and I wanted to surprise my wife but because of the poor work of this place everything was a disaster, I do not recommend this place, it would be better if you do your flower shopping at Poblix or Walmart and it will come out much better I assure you.

I ordered flowers for a family member for the first time from here and the arrangement was gorgeous! I found their prices to be more affordable than other local shops. They were delivered promptly on the same day that I ordered them. I will definitely be ordering from AJ’s next time.

I’ve placed an order with AJs twice in August and I can’t express how amazing Amber is and her staff with taking details and her flowers are the freshest my wife has ever received. I got her 3 dozen red roses and they lasted 3 weeks! I brought in this blue vase and wanted a simple hydrangea arrangement in it and my wife flipped with joy when she saw it! Very accommodating, excellent customer service and a huge variety of vases and arrangements. I will definitely be using them biweekly for my wife’s flowers.

My wife and I were making arrangements out of town for mother’s celebration of life service. We conducted business long distance over the phone with Amber. When we dropped by to pick up the flowers the service and arrangements were far beyond our expectations in terms of colors, arrangement and artistic flare. They even took the time to provide us a card wishing condolences on our loss. That was very sweet of Amber. We highly recommend AJ’s Florist to all in the Fort Myers área. A special thank you to Amber and her family who took good care of us.

stopped in last night Thanksgiving Eve for an arrangement for family dinner. they were able to make me a gorgeous bouquet within my budget in about an hour. not only does it look beautiful, but they really go above and beyond to accommodate the customer and your unique needs. it is great to support a small local business and i am a happy repeat customer! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU!!!

I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend who recently loss her Father. I wanted something that would put a smile on her face while still being appropriate for the situation. AJ’s did a splendid job and the arrangement was beautiful. It was delivered on time with no problems at all. I highly recommend AJ’s Florist.
