Charged my card in August for $67. Refunded it a month later. I live on the east coast, have never visited this business or ordered from this business. When I saw the charge on my statement, I attempted to contact the business. Someone answered, I said I was calling about a charge to my card, and he hung up. When I tried to call back again, he had blocked my number. Feels like they might be committing fraud ?

I have been a customer for over a year now & I am never dissatisfied with the arrangement, the price or the service. Exciting to see this small business booming and opening their first location. I will always recommend them to anyone hosting an event or looking to send flowers to a loved one. The arrangements are gorgeous and last average 2 weeks!

I’ve been coming to them for about a few years now and they have never disappointed me. They did my sisters whole entire wedding center pieces, bouquets, corsages etc...they are the best and super honest and genuine and care about your opinions.

to different florists, trying to explain my wedding vision and being shot down or told that my ideas wouldn't work before stumbling upon this gem of a boutique on Instagram. Upon seeing their work, I knew I needed to give them a call. Jacob answered the phone and immediately gave me an appointment to come in and meet with him and Arin! During our first meeting, I told them that I was envisioning a Winter Wonderland wedding in January. Upon hearing my ideas Arin and Jacob showed me pictures of different ideas and designs that could help bring my vision to life. Instantly a trust between us was born. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Arin and Jacob were my backbone, holding my hand and helping me with everything, not only flowers, that could add to and emphasize the beauty of the wedding and the theme. On my wedding day, I remember thinking to myself that I was relaxed because Aimes Les Fleur was part of my team. They made my dream winter wonderland wedding a reality. I highly recommend them to anybody who not only wants an amazing florist, but a supportive backbone and lifelong friend.

Flowers were wilted, not dead, but completely disappointing upon arrival.
He basically gave me every reason why flowers would never be sent out in anything but perfect condition; nothing is 100% perfect sir.
He didn’t even offer to check with the person that created the little bouquet. It was as if I was going through a worm-hole to explain to this manager that I’m being helpful in giving him feedback. I didn’t want any compensation or redelivery of flowers, they were a birthday gift.
My advice to him, regardless if disagrees…. apologize up front,…. Don’t continue to man-splain that it isn’t possible to receive wilted flowers from their store. It wasn’t until 5 minutes passed, and my interruptions, that I stopped him mid-sentence and let him know I wanted a more professional response and not after HIS rendition of “ not possible”. Never would I purchase flowers from this store. Very poor customer service.

Ordered lilacs, never delivered but took money. Avoid these scsmmers
