Dropping in unexpectedly and asking if a large floral arrangement could be put together in a short amount of time was a big ask! The owner of the store was incredibly accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful. She put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement and her pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Above The Stem Floral Studio if you are looking for quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service.

Outstanding experience with Prena at Above the Stem. Such a kind lady who provided such a high level of customer service. I live out of state and called to order sunflowers for my Best Friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer. She didn't have sunflowers in stock due to Valentine's week and went out of her way to go to the flower mart to get them to design a STUNNING arrangement which she delivered herself. She sent me a picture before delivering to make sure I was happy with it. She exceeded all expectations!. She even shared an encouraging story about her friend who beat the odds. I order a lot of flowers from florists all over the country. I search out local florists. Yesterday I chose Above the Stem based on their reviews and the artful quality of their arrangements.
I called to the verify the flowers they had on hand and they were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The next day they texted me a photo of the arrangement just before it left the shop for delivery. I love this because I often don’t get to see the actual flowers. An hour later, I got a call from them. They were standing outside my niece’s door but no one was answering the door or telephone. They asked for an alternative phone number. They did not want to leave the flowers outside the door during the heatwave. Later they let me know they were able to contact another family member and left the flowers safely with them. This was exceptional service.

As you can see, the flowers were gorgeous. Above the Stem is now my go to florist for all our family members in Redlands. I highly recommend them. A huge thank you from our family.

I recently placed an order for a friend very sick in Loma Linda Hospital. I called Above The Stem and spoke with Cathy (the designer) and I asked her to make a bouquet of bright beautiful colors - something to cheer up my female friend who has Cancer. My friend told me: "It is the most beautiful bouquet that I have ever seen in my life!!!!! WOW! What a compliment to Cathy! This meant alot to me - because my friend means alot to me!! I called Above The Stem and told Cathy about the compliment and then I decided to also talk to Prena the owner. I told both of them that they made a significant impact in someone's life and I wanted them to know about it! Prena was very kind and gracious and seemed to genuinely care about my friend. What a wonderful florist!!! I highly recommend them!

A last minute ordered full filled with excellent customer service! When my teen surprised me with deciding to attend the prom 2 days before the event I struggled to find a floral shop that could accommodate my needs. From the moment I called Above the Stem I received nothing but kindness that helped put this stressful moment at ease.
