Top Notch! Keri at A FLOWER SHOP provided impeccable customer service. She is a Business Owner of her word. I called late on a Friday asking for a memorial spray delivered on Sunday. A FLOWER SHOP made it happen as promised. Keri was thorough and patient in making sure my order was to my liking.

Excellent service. Ordered flowers for my mom as a surprise and they showed up on time , beautiful and she really loved them. They updated me on my order and added extra roses because the Lily's weren't yet fully bloomed. I highly recommend

This has been the most frustrating process ever with a florist. I paid an outrageous fee for delivery on top of other additional fees for a delivery on my friend's birthday. They changed the delivery date to 2 days later without verifying that it was ok. It is not at all acceptable. It took 2 texts, 2 emails, and 4 phone calls to reach a person to talk with.... At their request. They refused to give me my money back until I threatened legal action. This whole process took me an hour. I will never use this company again.

This flower shop went above and beyond for my uncles spray. He was a 35 year navy man. She really did an amazing job. Everyone at the service was so pleased. Thank you ma’am for your exceptional skills.
FYI this flower shops negative reviews are because of being mistaken for A-1 flowers which is some national chain and this is not an affiliate this is a local flower shop.

Avas flowers deserves zero stars. They lie to you. They will tell you it’s “local farm fresh” but it’s most certainly neither. They shipped from Kentucky and sent warm strawberries and cheap flowers. They gave my poor mom the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS Flowers!! They are a third party and a scam.

Excellent service. I needed a quick turn around with a flower order and the nice ladies working were able to accommodate me even when they were flustered with orders. I would highly recommend them, if you need flowers for any event.

Terri (if this isn’t her name, I apologize) was absolutely amazing. She was the best florist my family has ever used. I called her and explained the situation and she handled everything with such Grace. The flowers that were arranged for my papa’s funeral came in and we’re arranged so nice. She made sure the flowers arrived on time and with care. I recommended this shop to other family and they absolutely loved her as well. We will be using her and this shop for all our needs.
