I can’t say enough nice things to express how wonderful my experience was ordering from this florist! The woman I spoke with was so kind and fit me in for a last minute order because it was my sisters birthday. She was so thoughtful and really went above and beyond when she delivered the flowers. They were also absolutely stunning! We already told multiple people how great she was. I will be using her for any floral arrangements that I am order moving forward. Highly recommended!!

Never received. Ordered nice fruit/candy basket on Wednesday for hospital delivery. They claimed it was to be delivered Thursday. It's Friday, my Uncle has been discharged and it was NEVER received. Can't reach them by phone/mailbox is full. I need refund or delivery to his home. No way to contact.

Ordered online and paid over $200 for someone to put flowers in a vase rather than arranging them smh. Lilies weren't even close to blooming. First time and last time!

One star because I have to. They don’t even deserve that. This shop is so UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE DISSAPPOINTMENT AND HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I ordered flowers online Friday night, which were supposed to be a Saturday delivery. I paid extra for that. Saturday I received an email that they would not be delivering Saturday. And would Monday instead. Well now, since they didn’t deliver on the day that I purchased for, the flowers had to be delivered to a work place instead of a home. So that was a headache in itself trying to switch that around. Honestly, the arrangement didn’t even look like the one I purchased online. Colors were off. My sister ended up sending me pictures of the arrangement and it was SO EMBARRASSING to say the least. The flowers were DEAD, WILTED, SMASHED, whatever else you want to add in there. It was so awful! I felt so bad for her! Also, the card was hand written by someone who works there. But it looked like scribbles. I figured it would be typed up nicely like professional shops. But clearly this business if FAR from professional. I called the business to see how they would handle the situation. Hoping they would professionally... but once again, no. Answered the phone rude. Talked back with a nasty attitude when I was trying to explain to her what was going on. Asked if she would take the flowers back and give a refund or exchange the flowers for fresh ones. Well she chose to HANG UP the phone on a PAYING customer. Sent the delivery guy back to pick up the flowers and deliver the message of “pick up the flowers. I’m not making a new one. And good luck getting your refund.” So not only did she treat me wrong. But my sister who had the flowers delivered was also treated wrong. Not sure what else to say other than go to a real flower shop. People who Love their job. And Love their customers. Save your money. I wish this place far from success. Also, I purchased the flowers online for 50$. The lady claims I paid 25$. So I’m assuming that was her cut for them or she’s lying through her teeth. Her response was “your sister paid 25$ so the flowers reflected that price.” What a joke.

My mother in law passed away and a company sent a floral arrangement. Flowers were delivered to the garden of memories after the ceremony they were 3 hours late. The flowers were dying or dried up and wilted. The leaves were yellow, the rose petals were falling off, and there leaves were completely brown and crispy. Some of the roses had no leaves. The greenery and sweetheart roses were dying and leaning over dying. My family was totally disappointed by this arrangement. Flowers for funerals are very expensive in the first place but to receive a dying floral arrangement is unbearable for the family. Please always check your arrangements at the funeral parlor. Its sad this happened, but i am sure some florist get away with it. This shop did not answer the phone either all you get is a fax line. They need to fully refund the sender there money. I have proof of the flowers being delivered dead, which I will happily upload. And for starters you delivered dead flowers, two: a hand written note which is very unprofessional, next time try Microsoft word or something, for 3, when my sister called to complain, you were VERY RUDE to her and hung up the phone on a paying customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of you. So if people want dead flowers, junk delivery and appearance, and rude customer service, then I suggest they come to you. And I wouldn’t say 30 years of happy customers due to your other bad reviews! But I guess everyone’s interpretation is different on what is “good” and what isn’t- and according to you and the way you run your business, you have no standards on a business stand point (due from arguing with a customer), delivering dead flowers, and hanging up the phone. I could go on and on about how terrible of an experience this was. But I’ll let you be, to go deliver my dead flowers that you just picked up, to someone else now.

I fell asleep on the couch and woke up to a little knock on the door my boyfriend yelled from upstairs for me to answer it that he was busy so I do and there’s a little girl there holding these huge beautiful flowers . I saw the surprise on the girl’s face when I started crying ! Today is my birthday and you helped make my day so special ! I was so taken back and in shock that I didn’t think to give her a tip and I wish I would have but I am so very grateful for my boyfriend to have chosen you out of all the florists in our area ! My roses are gorgeous and the note was written in pretty handwriting as well as the convenience of them already being in a vase ! Thank you so very much !
