Terrible Experience – Dishonest Business Practices

Unfortunately, this florist is completely dishonest and delivers extremely low-quality bouquets while charging premium prices. I placed my order well in advance, purchasing two identical bouquets based on the photos provided. What I received was nothing like what was advertised—each bouquet was half the expected size and of significantly lower quality.

To make matters worse, the delivery was made at the last minute, and when I contacted the florist to address the issue, they completely ignored me. No response, no apology, nothing. This is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this florist unless you want to be overcharged for something that barely resembles what you paid for.
